The gathered family is something that values a lot and at various times all I always want is, only the family together. I think I have this in mind because I was always more at home with my family, so I grew up like this, with meetings, conversation, commemorative dates, living there centered on those people. My grandmother has always been the anchor of everything and until the day she passed away, every year was like this, we were a family united in life, in love and in the end, today I miss these moments, since each one went to their singing.
But what do I mean by all this? Enjoy every moment with your family. Regardless of how it is or who, spend as long as possible with them and this includes lunches and dinners, the weekend, the holidays of your work or choice, enjoy these wonderful moments with them, because time does not stop and one day unfortunately they will go forever. This was the greatest lesson I learned in terms of family love, that we don't give much value to the routine, to enjoy it while they are there.
In my house, I make sure that the dinners are with everyone together, I really want to maintain this tradition and pass it on to my children. We do everything to dinner together. First, help in what I can in the kitchen with my wife, after ready, I call my children, I ask to put the phone aside and so we gather to dinner. All very simple and normal, but for me it is really important to enjoy these moments, after all, there will be a day that children will leave home and I will miss it too. So enjoying these moments is everything to me.

Children are always on mobile, parents always working, it is not easy to have a routine or moments close, without something electronic or a huge distraction, so dinner time becomes the daily meeting of the family is a great option to catch up, talking about dreams, desires, just asking how things are and among these minutes of dinner, the family communicate, show that they are connected in some way, that can have such peace and communication, there is such a world.
Therefore, my advice is for you to try to create this routine in your home. As much as everything is running, trying to have a family moment at dinner time is something you can fit more easily today. While the children are small, it's easier, but when they grow up, if they go out, try to talk to them to be able to have dinner one day or another together. The freedom that adolescence gives is good, but being there with your family is even better. I think, in this way, that with dialogue one can create these moments.
Life is running, but we can slow down at certain times, put the phone aside and thus enjoy the minutes together. These are little moments as soon as they make family life better and we should fight to have more and more moments like that.

A família reunida é algo que prezo muito e em vários momentos tudo o que sempre desejo é isso, somente a família junta. Acho que tenho isso em mente porque sempre fui de ficar mais em casa com a minha família, então cresci assim, com as reuniões, a conversa, as datas comemorativas, o viver ali centrado naquelas pessoas. Minha avó sempre foi a âncora de tudo e até o dia em que ela faleceu, todos os anos era assim, éramos uma família unida em vida, em amor e no fim, hoje sinto falta destes momentos, já que cada um foi para o seu canto.
Mas o que quero dizer com tudo isso? Aproveitar cada momento com sua família. Independente de como seja ou de quem, passe o maior tempo possível com eles e isso inclui os almoços e jantares, o final de semana, as férias do seu trabalho ou escolha, aproveite estes momentos maravilhosos com eles, pois o tempo não para e um dia infelizmente eles vão partir para sempre. Essa foi a maior lição que aprendi em termos de amor de família, que nós não damos muito valor para a rotina, para aproveitar enquanto estão ali conosco.
Na minha casa, faço questão de que os jantares sejam com todos juntos, quero muito manter essa tradição e passar para meus filhos isso. Fazemos de tudo para jantar juntos. Primeiro, auxilio no que consigo na cozinha com a minha esposa, após pronto, chamo meus filhos, solicito para deixarem o celular de lado e assim a gente se reúne para jantar. Tudo muito simples e normal, mas para mim é realmente importante aproveitar estes momentos, afinal, vai chegar um dia que os filhos vão sair de casa e irei sentir saudades disso também. Portanto, aproveitar estes momentos é tudo para mim.

Filhos estão sempre no celular, os pais sempre trabalhando, não é fácil ter uma rotina ou momentos perto, sem algo eletrônico ou uma distração enorme, então a hora do jantar se torna o encontro diário da família é uma ótima opção para colocar a conversa em dia, falar sobre sonhos, desejos, em perguntar somente como estão as coisas e entre estes minutos de jantar, a família se comunicar, mostrar que estão conectados de alguma forma, que podem ter este momento de paz e comunicação, em meio há um mundo tão corrido e maluco.
Por isso, meu conselho é para que você tente criar essa rotina na sua casa. Por mais que tudo seja corrido, tentar ter um momento de família na hora do jantar é algo que você pode encaixar mais facilmente atualmente. Enquanto os filhos estão pequenos, é mais fácil, mas quando crescem, se forem de sair muito, tente conversar com eles para poder jantar um dia ou outro juntos. A liberdade que a adolescência dá é boa, mas estar ali com a sua família é melhor ainda. Penso, dessa forma, que com o diálogo pode-se criar estes momentos.
A vida é corrida, mas podemos desacelerar em certos momentos, deixar o celular de lado e assim aproveitar os minutos juntos. São pequenos momentos assim que tornam a convivência em família melhor e devemos lutar para ter mais e mais momentos assim.
