The world of sports tends to be highly competitive and, as a result, athletes are always trying to improve their physical conditioning and skills, but how seriously can this be taken? I mean the question, how far does the head of a high-level athlete work, when his body reaches the limit of its natural evolution? Those who cannot accept this just turn to performance-enhancing drugs, known as doping.
I believe that this act of using substances to improve your body is as bad as, for example, using codes and cheats in online games or in any other competition in which we have defined rules and some participant tries to circumvent these rules in some way. In my opinion, there is no honor in winning this way, there is no joy in knowing that it is not me, my body and mind that are giving their all to achieve something. Using these substances is deceiving yourself.
Obviously, we must be fair, at certain times, an athlete may take medication for a headache and it contains a substance prohibited for use in sports. In this case, I believe that we must be calm in analyzing the facts and making the appropriate decisions. In this case, I believe that the athlete should stay out of his race, even if something was ingested by mistake, after all, can a small fraction of that substance really make a big difference? Yes or no? So, this analysis must be carried out first before we judge the athlete.
CemedmgIn this way, I can say that I am super in favor of fair games, fair and correct sports, where doping cannot be accepted, as well as any other cheating. The way I see the use of drugs to increase performance is something that is also related to our desire to always want to win, to not accept losing or to the limits of our body. There must always be psychological support for athletes, so that it can be discussed and explained that life is made up of gains and losses, ups and downs, it is like that for everyone. Even if the athlete is the best in the world, he is still human and things may not go as expected.
Those closest to me or those who follow me know that I have always defended the idea that each person has to fight and participate with what they have. We can improve our body and mind, reach the peak and the limit of what we can reach and, with that, I believe that we will be satisfied when we look at the great path we have traveled and thus understand that, today, we are better than yesterday. Using drugs to cheat or improve your performance, for me, is a sign of weakness or really guidance for the person. It could also be a lot of selfishness and ambition of always wanting to win, a dangerous feeling.
Therefore, I firmly believe in this, in fair play, in athletes seeking their evolution according to the manual, each day creating something new, seeking something new, improving their bodies and always seeking the objective of becoming the best in the world or in its branch of sport. Achieving all this with sweat and hard work, for me, is one of the greatest victories we can all have.

O mundo dos esportes tem a rotina de ser altamente competitivo e, com isso, os atletas estão sempre tentando melhorar o seu condicionamento físico e suas habilidades, mas até que ponto isso pode ser levado a sério? Digo na questão, até onde funciona a cabeça de um atleta de alto nível, quando seu corpo chega no limite de sua evolução natural? Aqueles que não conseguem aceitar isso, apenas se entregam para as drogas que aumentam o seu desempenho, o que conhecemos como doping.
Acredito que esse ato de utilizar substâncias para melhorar o seu corpo seja tão ruim como, por exemplo, utilizar códigos e trapaças em jogos online ou em qualquer outra competição em que temos regras definidas e algum participante tenta de alguma forma burlar essas regras. Na minha opinião, não existe honra em vencer dessa forma, não existe alegria de saber que não sou eu, meu corpo e mente que estão entregando o máximo de si para conquistar algo. Utilizar destas substâncias é enganar a si mesmo.
Obviamente, devemos ser justos, em certos momentos, um atleta pode tomar um remédio para dor de cabeça e este mesmo contém alguma substância proibida para atuação nos esportes. Neste caso, acredito que devemos ter calma em analisar os fatos e tomar as decisões cabíveis. Neste caso, acredito que o atleta deverá ficar de fora da sua prova, mesmo que tenha sido ingerido algo por engano, afinal, uma pequena fração dessa substância pode fazer realmente uma grande diferença? Sim ou não? Então, essa análise deve ser realizada primeiro antes de julgarmos o atleta.

A minha maneira de ver o uso de drogas para aumento de rendimento é algo que também está relacionado à nossa vontade de sempre querer ganhar, de não aceitar perder ou aos limites do nosso corpo. É preciso existir sempre um acompanhamento psicológico para os atletas, para poder ser conversado e explicado que a vida é feita de ganhos e perdas, altos e baixos, é assim para todos. Mesmo que o atleta seja o melhor do mundo, ele ainda é humano e as coisas podem não sair conforme o desejado.
As pessoas mais próximas ou que me acompanham sabem que sempre defendi essa ideia de que cada pessoa tem que lutar e participar com o que têm. Podemos melhorar nosso corpo e mente, chegar ao auge e ao limite do que podemos chegar e, com isso, acredito que ficaremos satisfeitos ao olhar o grande caminho que percorremos e assim entender que, hoje, estamos melhor do que ontem. Usar drogas para trapacear ou melhorar o seu rendimento, para mim, é um sinal de fraqueza ou realmente de orientação para a pessoa. Pode ser que seja também muito egoísmo e ambição de querer sempre vencer, um sentimento perigoso.
Portanto, acredito fielmente nisso, no jogo limpo, nos atletas buscando a sua evolução no manual, cada dia criando algo novo, buscando algo novo, melhorando seus corpos e buscando sempre o objetivo de se tornar o melhor do mundo ou de sua ramificação no esporte. Conquistar tudo isso com suor e trabalho duro, para mim, é uma das maiores vitórias que todos nós podemos ter.
