Love It is the strongest feeling we can have, as incredible as it is for saving people and changing them, as it is for driving us crazy. For better or worse, love is an extremely powerful ingredient, but I always prefer to think of it as just the strongest feeling. pure and sincere that it has and obviously that always points to the correct side of things, the good and positive side that we can have, the best that people have to offer and share with those close to them. But, since it is such a powerful feeling, is it necessary for agreements to be made before people come together in court?
For me, the subject of a prenuptial agreement is even a surprise, perhaps in my innocence I forgot that this is a It still exists, but the truth is that it's simply something that I imagined didn't exist anymore. I believe that agreements that are related to love or the fact of liking someone shouldn't exist, but it seems that it still happens a lot and I was really surprised by it. My way of seeing things is obviously that nothing should be agreed upon, love is not that, it is not a business and should not be similar to one.
Of course, nowadays, when getting married in court, there are terms of separation of assets, since it is a kind of protection in case people get divorced and everything else and regarding that, I don't really agree with all the terms and how it works today, but I understand that this is how things are and as for that, I can accept it well, now if some kind of agreement prior to this is made of the type, if you give up on the person you will have to pay a fine of X amount or deliver a Y well yours to the person, damn, that's totally ridiculous to me.

Whenever I see something related to marriages arranged by parents for their children, I get upset. without understanding, does this still exist today? In other countries, or perhaps in other cultures? Love is not that, I refuse to believe that, I am sure that the right thing is for each individual to choose what they want for their love life, whether it is to be alone or with whom they want to share the rest of their days.
Finally, I believe that these agreements to penalize or put certain pressure on certain attitudes to be contained, or that the person has to change their way of being for fear of a penalty for not complying with anything in relation to affection or love, it is really complicated and that is why I do not agree with no way with that. I always seek freedom, be it in any segment of our lives and for me love should be free too, in the matter not of you not having a commitment to your partner, but rather of choosing whether you really love one another. person or not, and this includes not giving in to pressures about money or goods that may come before, during or after the relationship.

O amor é o sentimento mais forte que podemos ter, tão incrível para poder salvar as pessoas e mudá-las, como para nos enlouquecer. Para o bom ou ruim, o amor é um ingrediente extremamente poderoso, mas prefiro sempre pensar nele como apenas o sentimento mais puro e sincero que tem e obviamente que sempre aponte para o lado correto das coisas, o lado bom e positivo que podemos ter, o melhor que as pessoas tem a oferecer e compartilhar com os seus próximos. Mas, sendo um sentimento poderoso assim, é necessário que acordos sejam feitos antes que as pessoas se unam perante a justiça?
Para mim, é até uma surpresa o assunto relacionado a um acordo pré-nupcial, talvez na minha inocência eu tenha esquecido que isso ainda existe, mas a verdade é que simplesmente é algo que imaginei não existir mais. Acredito que acordos que sejam relacionados com amor ou o fato de gostar de alguém não deveriam existir, mas parece que isso ainda acontece muito e fiquei realmente surpreso com isso. A minha forma de ver as coisas é obviamente que nada deve ser acordado, o amor não é isso, não é um negócio e nem deve ser parecido com um.
Claro que hoje em dia, casando na justiça, existem os termos de separação de bens, já que sendo meio que uma proteção para caso as pessoas se divorciem e tudo mais e quanto a isso, não concordo muito com todos os termos e como funciona hoje, mas entendo ser assim que são as coisas e quanto a isso, consigo aceitar numa boa, agora se algum tipo de acordo anterior a isso for firmado do tipo, se você desistir da pessoa terá que pagar uma multa de X valor ou entregar um Y bem seu para a pessoa, caramba, isso é totalmente ridículo para mim.
UnsplashÉ complicado, na minha opinião, esses tipos de acordos, pois o amor deveria ser livre, deveria ser a escolha de cada pessoa. Sempre que vejo algo relacionado a casamentos arranjados por pais para seus filhos, fico sem compreender, será que isso ainda existe hoje? Em outros países, ou talvez em outras culturas? O amor não é isso, me recuso a acreditar nisso, tenho certeza de que o correto é cada indivíduo escolher o que quer para sua vida amorosa, seja ficar sozinho ou com quem quer dividir o restante de seus dias.
Por fim, acredito que estes acordos para penalizar ou colocar certa pressão para certas atitudes serem contidas, ou que a pessoa tenha que mudar o seu jeito de ser com medo de uma penalidade por não cumprir nada em relação a carinho ou afeto, é realmente complicado e por isso não concordo de jeito nenhum com isso. Sempre busco a liberdade, seja ela em qualquer segmento de nossas vidas e para mim o amor deve ser livre também, na questão não de você não ter um compromisso com o seu parceiro, mas sim de escolher se realmente amamos uma pessoa ou não, e isso inclui não ceder a pressões sobre dinheiro ou bens que possam vir antes, durante ou depois do relacionamento.
