Love and business is always complicated, in fact, I believe that mixing these two things and wanting to obtain a positive result is something really difficult. Of course, nothing is guaranteed in this life, I just think that 99.9% of the time it will go wrong. Ok, jokes aside, mixing these 2 segments has never worked very well for me and I can say that the example I have is with my wife and we tried twice to run a small business in the condominium where we live.
The first time I remember it was to make coxinhas, a savory snack that we have here in Brazil, I say this because I don't know if my reader friends from abroad know what a coxinha is (I don't think you know the second item either), anyway, there was There was a time when my wife wanted to make drumsticks to sell in the condominium where we live, so far so good, I obviously said that I would help in the beginning, but that the entire business would be hers and that way she would run everything herself.
It ended up not going well that way, the first point was that she asked me for around R$80 reais to start buying the ingredients and things needed to make the coxinhas, okay, I said I would lend the money and that later when she started selling I wanted the money back, you can judge me, but I think we have to be careful even with love and friendship when it comes to money. Furthermore, it ended up that I had to start deliveries to her, at night during the week and on weekends.

And so I was upset because we made different promises to each other about how it would be, with each thing well divided and each function and help well elaborated and the main thing: I would not participate “forever” in the business, she would have to find a way and So it was agreed, but it didn't happen.
The second thing was basically a replay of the first, but in this case it was during the pandemic, she wanted to make orange juice (also known as saclé), which is something we have here, which is to put different flavors of fruit juice or even mixed ones of milk with something in plastic bags and put in the fridge for a while, after they freeze we suck them, so they are ideal for hot days when we want to cool off.
Again she asked for help and I financed it, well, she's my wife, of course I'll help her, but I didn't want to be stuck with that, because I already had Hive and that was my focus on growing, not to mention that it The new one didn't pay me the amount invested and many times (since I was helping with everything) I wanted to give my opinion on what would be better or worse to do for the business and she wouldn't accept it. That's it, so the decisions were wrong and we had practically no profit and well for me it was frustrating the two times we tried to focus on something to make money.

Amor e negócios é sempre algo complicado, na verdade, acredito que misturar essas duas coisas e querer obter um resultado positivo é algo realmente difícil. Claro que nada é garantido nessa vida, apenas penso que 99,9% das vezes dará errado. Ok, brincadeiras a parte misturar esses 2 segmentos para mim nunca deu muito certo e posso dizer que o exemplo que tenho é com a minha esposa e olha que tentamos duas vezes tocar um pequeno negócio no condomínio onde moramos.
A primeira vez lembro que foi para fazer coxinhas, um salgado que temos aqui no Brasil, falo assim porque não sei se meus amigos leitores do exterior conhecem o que é uma coxinha (o segundo item também acho que vocês não conhecerão), enfim, houve uma época onde a minha esposa quis fazer as coxinhas para vender no condomínio onde moramos, até aí tudo bem, falei obviamente que iria auxiliar no começo, mas que todo o negócio seria dela e assim que ela iria tocar tudo sozinha.
Acabou que não foi bem dessa forma, o primeiro ponto foi que ela me pediu algo em volta de uns R$ 80 reais para começar a comprar os ingredientes e as coisas necessárias para fazer as coxinhas, tudo bem, falei que iria emprestar o dinheiro e que depois quando ela começasse a vender eu queria o dinheiro de volta, podem me julgar, mas acho que temos que ter cuidado até mesmo com o amor e amizade quando o assunto é dinheiro. Além disso, acabou que tive que começar as entregas para ela, a noite na semana e nos finais de semana.
Projetado por FreepikSendo assim, já começou a ficar ruim para mim, afinal nessa época se não me falha a memória já estava postando aqui na Hive e então precisava desse tempo livre para postar, jogar, interagir e o de sempre que fazemos aqui. E assim fiquei chateado porque fizemos promessas distintas um para o outro de como seria, com cada coisa bem dividida e cada função e ajuda bem elaborada e o principal: eu não iria participar “para sempre” no negócio, ela teria que dar um jeito e assim foi combinado, mas não aconteceu.
A segunda coisa foi basicamente um replay da primeira, mas no caso foi na época da pandemia, ela quis fazer laranjinha (conhecidos também como sacolé), sendo algo que temos aqui, o qual é colocar vários sabores de suco de frutas ou até mesmo misturados de leite com alguma coisa em saquinhos de plástico e colocar na geladeira por um tempo, depois que congelam a gente chupa eles, sendo assim, são ideias para dias de calor e no qual queremos nos refrescar.
Novamente ela pediu uma ajuda e eu financiei, bem, ela é a minha esposa, é claro que ajudarei ela, mas não queria ficar grudado nisso, porque eu já tinha a Hive e esse era o meu foco em crescer, sem contar que ela de novo não me pagou o valor investido e muitas vezes (já que eu estava ajudando em tudo) eu queria opinar sobre o que seria melhor ou pior de se fazer para os negócios e ela não aceitava. É isso aí, então as decisões saiam equivocadas e praticamente não tínhamos lucro e bem para mim foi frustrante as duas vezes em que tentamos focar em alguma coisa para ganhar dinheiro.
Receitas de MinutoDepois disso ela já entrou no ramo de Nail Design e assim segue nossas vidas e se depender de mim não quero mais me reunir com ela ou qualquer outra pessoa muito próxima, acho que isso não é saudável para os negócios ao acontecer muito coração e pouca razão e sabemos que no mundo dos negócios isso já aponta para um lado de fracasso financeiro se for levado a risco.
É preciso saber separar as coisas, senão acontecerá toda vez o que aconteceu comigo, entrei como investidor e acabou que não tive retorno nenhum, apenas prejuízos e por isso, estou fora de uma próxima vez!
