Education is the best legacy and I think it will really be a good thing if everyone or at least 95% of the population of a country can be educated. It will make things more easier as we will have people with high level of understanding and knowledge in the society and not the other way round.

Currently I'm a still a B.Sc holder, I studied computer science in Ekiti state University and fortunately for me few years after youth service, I got a job with the state government, ever since then that has been my offline work. There was a time I was thinking of continuing my education, proceeding to masters but then I sat down to think about it, of what use exactly will it be? won't it be a waste of money?, will I be able to step up with the degree even with the job I'm doing presently? the answer is No. I realized that if I have Master degree and I'm still teaching in a secondary school, my salary might still be the same. And even if I want to apply for a another job, which company will employ me. My country is one that getting a good job is very hard, most of the good or high paying jobs out there have been reserved for people who know people at the top, yeah that's who it works most times.
So it's better for one to have, learn a handwork as you're going to school or better still look for an online platform like hive blockchain that you can be earning from even as you're studying, so as to have something to fall back on after school, because the truth is, an average citizen in my dear country don't have any guarantee that he or she would get a good job after their education. This is the same advice I gave to my younger sister, now she's into fashion design and she's also going to school, you can be so lucky though that your certificate might fetching good money for you and at the same time you're also making money with your handwork or skills such as content writing etc...
However, I don't like it when I hear people say school is a scam, well it's mostly said by those who couldn't make use of their certificate, so they just conclude that it's a total waste of time, I wouldn't blame anyone but another truth is, judging by the standard of the country I live in, your level of education is never a guarantee that you'll get a good job, there are many graduates out there still roaming the street, schools are producing graduates every year whereas there's no job waiting.
If I have the opportunity to further more in my education, I'll but definitely not in my country. I can only further my education abroad, United kingdom to be precise, I pray God will help me achieve it, if it's His plan for my life, so anything asides studying abroad for my Masters, it's a capital NO. Because I know with that I'll be able to get a job there even as I'm working, I'll still be going to school. That's one of the benefit of studying abroad, you'll be making your cool money and still be schooling. Hmm well I pray God will help my country to grow to the level that good jobs will be available for all or most people and not a few like what we have now.
Okay before I forget I'll definitely love to continue my masters in my field, computer science. Yeah it's what I love, I love exploring the digital world.
