Business is very lucrative if one could find a good one to venture into, not minding the start or the beginning, one could actually start little, most of the big businesses that had grown big today sarted small as well. Like me I find it as something very important to add business to whatsoever I'm doing, even though I'm used to working online and from home, but it's obvious that one source of income is not enough due to the economic situation in my country at the moment.

While doing business, it's important to note how to deal with family and friends, because it will go a long way in determining maybe the business will last or not. For me I don't like mixing the two because it's not healthy for business, but I can only bend the rules in some certain cases. I discovered that if I want my business to last it's better to be strict and follow the principle "no friends in business."
I started a business sometime ago, I was selling shoes both for male and female, along the line, most of my female friends started asking me to give them shoes for free and some won't even want to give full payment. The funny thing is that most of these people, there's nothing serious between us, we were not dating, but just friends. Atleast if I should count, they will be more than seven, how can I give seven people shoes from a business that I just started, and even if it's a business that has been in existence for some time, it's still not healthy for the growth of the business. Some of my sibling too were expecting me to give them shoes for free, so also some church members, sometimes that's the disadvantage of being a popular person.
After foreseeing the future of me selling female shoes, I have to stop selling them and focus on male shoes.
It also got to the point that some of my male friends too started doing the same, no one told me before I stopped the business finally.
Now the thing is, it's not like I can't give anyone including my family what I was selling, but I can't give more than what I know I can easily pay for or what I can afford to lose. But how can I give shoes to five people at a time, the business will definitely crash.
I have also seen people who mix business with love, the business crashed in no time, business should strictly be business, of course there will surely be a time that I have to give some people but what I do is paying for what I give out so the business won't start crashing from there. Because I've found out that that's where problem starts when you start giving and without replacing what's being given out the business will definitely crash afterwards.
Anyways I can't because of what happened the first time and conclude I won't start another business again, I will just be very careful with how I'll deal with family amd friends.
I can't do without helping my family and those close to me, nevertheless I'll just be careful and know the kinds of things I give out. Especially those that have been very supportive, they can't need my help and I won't be able to render it.
