I love to eat vegetables because they contain a lot of vitamins, minerals and iron which boosts the body's immune system and helps to stay healthy. I try to eat vegetables in our family at least five days a week. My daughter Elma doesn't like vegetables much. But I have to do some tricks with vegetables. If our food does not have to be delicious then our daughter Elma does not want to eat the food. Our all food's are really tasty π Today I will show you how to cook delicious curry with beans and fish pieces, so let's start our today's recipe.
We will do our whole cooking a little differently today. At the beginning, I took A pot then potato, bean, eggplant, fish pieces and green chillies inside it.
In this step we added onion, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt etc. The amount of these spices depends on the taste of our curry so we will provide exactly as much as we need in our cooking.
This time we smeared all the spices with soybean oil by hand. After smearing the vegetables in a very nice way, we added some water. This time we put our curry in the oven.
We cooked the curry in the oven for 20 minutes.At the last stage of cooking we spread coriander leaves on it. A sweet smell of coriander leaves spread over the whole curry.
