hi guys, good night, have a good rest from tiring activities, enjoy dinner with your family or those closest to you, and of course don't forget to prepare snacks for you to enjoy while watching your favorite club compete in the 2022 World Cup.
today we will going back to 20 years ago to see all the memories we've made, all the foundations we've built, what's fun & what's sad, I'm sure a lot of things have passed over the decades we've lived our lives, but among the many memories I'm sure the childhood memories when we weren't even five years old were the best memories for us, those times were lived with love, no pressure, no grudges, no hostility, no politics, nothing comparison of religions, no culture, at that time we did everything naturally with friends of our age.
Eiitsss, wait a minute I'm activating my past brain, hoping all the memories appear & you can read my tracks, but I just want to share fun things so you don't have to feel sad about my story.
My first memory is when I couldn't walk yet, (I don't know my age at that time), I was carried by my mother and that time I was in a crowd, I was bought some sweets & one children's toys, I was very happy, when I grew up I made sure and my mother confirmed that at that time we were at the hospital to visit uncle who was sick and was being treated at a government hospital in the sub-district (part of the district), with a distance of 6 kilometers from our house, and this is the only memory that I can still remember to this day, I consider this special, because not everyone has memories when they were my age at that time.
as time went on, I began to grow into a cute child who was liked by my father, mother & older sister (), and when I was around 1.5 years old the first thing I did with my parents was read, I was introduced to letters, numbers & some Arabic alphabets, I was taught spelling after spelling until I understood everything written, every time after dinner my mother would call me to learn a few letters under the candlelight, not at all disputing mother's request, because at that time I really love to read.
As a result of a good habit (reading) that I do regularly every night, accompanied by my mother with an attitude of love, I can finally read fluently when I was in elementary school or when I was four years old, this is truly an experience that will never forgotten in my memory. so the first teachers in my life are my parents, they are the most successful in the world, they have managed to take care of me, teach me & make me feel happy all day long.
I see reading as an important part of my life, so I don't make reading a hobby, but I make reading an obligation for me in life, then what are my best memories for games, calm down I have some games in my childhood that I will tell you about to you, and I think you can apply the game that I did in the past to your children who are under five years old, because the cost of this game is very low but it will make your child happy.
and here are some of my favorite games as a child;
- playing kites
If today you live in a country where the weather is good (not extreme rain & snow) then you can make a toy kite for your child, making a kite doesn't need $ 10, you only need to prepare some bamboo in the forest, paper & thread for sewing clothes, in my country thread for sewing clothes with a length of 100 meters is only sold for $ 0.1.
in the past we played kites in the rice fields after the harvest season, so the location where we played was very wide with good wind conditions, the game was simple but made us happy, for now in my country there are several areas where kites are played as a competition, I think they are nostalgic but with a different concept.
we started playing this game when we were under 4 years old (before school age), we made it ourselves which was taught by adults, sometimes we also played kites with adult men, those who like children & make it comfortable, playing kites is our fondest memories when we were little.
- Playing Congklak
congklak is a type of ancient game that is easy to find in our country, in the past we made congklak on an old board or directly on the ground by making sequential holes, but unfortunately this game I don't know how to play now, but this game makes us happy in the past, if you have old boards, don't throw them away, you can make them as congklak games for your children, at low cost you will make your children happy.
- fishing in the fields
I live in an agricultural environment, around my house is a very large area of rice fields, and when the farmers start planting rice with full water discharge conditions, there are lots of fresh water fish in the rice fields of the residents that are easy to get, so we take advantage of free time to fishing in the residents' rice fields, every day we have caught a large amount of fish then we sell it to residents who consume fresh water fish, a fun routine but we have also been able to make money in childhood.
- Grow tomatoes
I have a unique preference, since I was little I like to see the red tomatoes on the stem, I only plant one tomato, and usually I plant them in polybags for easy maintenance, I wait patiently until I can see red tomatoes, I have never had a plan to plant lots of tomatoes like other farmers, but I only planted one stem so I could enjoy the beauty of the unique color, the uniqueness that I still love to this day.
so the most first thing that I still remember to this day is the incident at my small age, namely before I could walk, I was still in my mother's lap and the events of that day I still remember it to this day, I don't know why that was the only memory that emerged and what was the advantage for me, I really don't know, I remember in detail ; I was wearing a white shirt, gray pants, a red hat, while my mother was wearing a yellow shirt, a green head covering, I was in a building where there were many people with sad faces (and it turned out to be a hospital), then my mother took me to a place where many people were busy, anda my mo buy me sweets & games (and it turned out to be a traditional market), I really remember it even though a child my age at that time couldn't remember anything, but I don't know why the events of that day are still in my memory until today.
as for the reading experience, i feel very lucky because i have great & loving parents, i know all parents must be tired of working to support their family every day, but taking the time to teach me to read is the most kind act, not necessarily the other parents have the same willingness as mine, and of course I consider what my parents did is an experience that I must apply to my children later.
all the books & candle holders that I used as a child are still neatly stored, if you want to see them I will share them with you at another time.
