Hi guys, today I will write a few words and hope this can be useful for everyone who finds this post, I think for today is a very interesting topic to write about the side effects of "Mobile & computers" because so far almost everyone on planet earth use these two electronic devices for a variety of reasons.
for the first time I used a laptop actively in 2010 for work, at that time I was working on student projects such as scientific papers, theses & some other important documents, usually I worked in front of a laptop screen from 18.00 pm to 04.00 am, I I'm sure you know what it's like to stare at a laptop screen for that long, and I do it every day without knowing holidays, it seems like holidays are not on my calendar.
working on a student project of course is not an easy matter, all the words I have to take from my brain, every day I rack my brain for work, since then there have been some real side effects that I started to feel, one of which is delusions, as if I will live in the shadows that don't know where it's going, it's really a very bad experience in business matters that I've ever had.
because of this incident I started going to the doctor for a consultation and I was given some sedatives, but the results were nil, I didn't get healing from the routine of taking the medicine that was given, in fact every day I felt delusions getting worse, I started to worry when I saw the outside world and other effects I can't think normally and my whole head hurts every day.
what happened at that time, besides taking me to the doctor, I also brought a good friend, my kind friend invites me every morning for regular exercise, the goal is none other than to expel evil sweat in the body that makes us feel tired, uninspired , delusions and even stress, and this makes sense, I started doing regular exercise every morning with my good friend.
if you ask me to make a comparison between me taking medicine vs exercise, maybe I will find the number 1:100 which means exercise is more effective in dealing with my problems that result from staring at the laptop screen excessively than taking the medicine given by the doctor, I not saying the doctor's prescription is bad, but for problems like this the doctor's prescription will not work well, so if you are experiencing the same problem so you can choose regular exercise every morning instead of going to the doctor which is not necessarily effective for your problem.
so you can only do exercise in the morning not in the evening, please note "exercise in the morning", you can do it at 06.00 or 07.00 am and after that you drink a glass of water and continue to take a shower in the morning, you will find freshness, Your day will be better if compared to your days without regular exercise in the morning.
final conclusion, I've found myself delusional in the past as a result of staring at the laptop screen excessively, and the best solution I've ever found is regular exercise every morning, the type of exercise I did at that time was leisurely running, hope this post is found by someone out there who is facing the same problem.
