People often see the business have lots of money and the man running the business have lots of wealth. People pretend that running business as an easy way of making money. Noone is ready to see what it takes for such people to reach to the top. When we talk of business, it comes down to manufacturing, processing or trading of goods and services. Nowadays looking at some of the well established business around the world people often get inspired to perform like the same to be one of them. I belive it is the money that people gets attracted to rather than the core work to make business as their profession. But not everyone knows the tricks of running a business.

I have good amount of experience of corporate work culture. It means working for others. May be I am contributing my effort for the success of someone else dream or passion. One of the force behind a successfull business are the people invioved in the differrnt acitivity. In all the years I have noticed, companies with skyrocketing growth isn’t necessarily leadership oriented. In each case, an employee who truly cared deeply about the company saw an opportunity to innovate and make things better sets the example for business success. The people who carry out the different jobs and responsibility and love the mission of the company can make huge difference in growth. The owners or the founders are only responsible for establishing the vision. This gives me a differrnt perspective to see businsss as a mission driven by a love for something or someone as one of the fiercest forces of success. So love does have a larger influence for the business success.
Not a piece of Cake.
As I said, business is not meant for all. Though at first people do get attracted looking at the enormous amount of money, but it takes lot of vigor and passion and hard work to run a business. I have many example , where a person switched their high paying jobs, started their own firm, makes differrnt choices for business and ultimately hnablebto manage they head back to their paying jobs. Love does play a crucial role, but people forget to provide the same at the workplace. Having a love bond atmosphere at work ensures a healthy working environment and enhances productivity. Things where many people fails.
Being the owner of the company does not get you license to rule over others. Rather than dictating jobs, one must ensures to carry them with love and easy way. It develops a good relation among the workforce and leadership.
Failed business attempt.
In India, there is a strong sense of carrying out a business, once you unable to get a job. Yesterday, I have overheard a conversation, where a person is directing some one to start selling fruit. His statement was like "what's there is a private 12 hrs job. Better start selling fruits on the street, it get you much more than what you getting the monthly salary. Plus you will be king of your own time." Opening a tea stall, or selling fruits on streets is a common business here in India. Both have their share of profit margin.
Once I shifted to hometown, everyone was pinpointing towards me as a useless fellow. One of a known one approach me to start a shop in partnership. The deal was, he will send us the goods from city and I will look after the selling here. It appears to be good deal as my requirement was to stay at home with my parents So I said yes to it. But the day we suppose to innaugrate the shop, that guy back offs. It was a late pull out, and I already invested in shops and furniture. This made me bear a heavy loss. So my endevour with business closed before even started. Since then I never look out for any option. May be a kind of superstition took over my mind.
Business is profitable only when the person have a vision, and knows how to execute them. And to carry out the execution, they needs to be more gentle and lovingly in their approach rather than being rude and harsh. This makes love and intrinsic quality for success of any business.
