Life is all about ups and down. A simple life is meaningless unless it is not met up with any challenges. Here I mean to say a situation when person get a chance to show their guts, and resilent power to comes up with the situation. No matter what will happen, a situation does not remain constant with any human beings. It comes in patches stay for a while then goes away. Those patches always termed as the bad phase which let people to belive that life is tough. Life can be filled with meaning and joy, it can also feel unbearably hard and overwhelming at times.

Tough Phase in Life
Living through tough times can be both mentally and physically draining. I have been to such situation number of times. Even I am in one such situation where everything appears to be in dark. Tough times usually involves some kind of loss. Whether it is the loss of a loved one, the loss of a job, or the loss of our old life. Getting over such situation is always a challenge. Currently, I am trying hard to get over with all the kind of loss. Firstly, getting over from my Dads loss and secondly, lining up myself for some kind of earning source. It was the job loss as well. And simultaneously, I am trying to get back my old lifestyle.
For most of the second half of 2023, I was under too much pressure. I already talked about my dad's loss number of times, I have a big 5 years of gap in my career, facing some really tough time when it comes to managing finances. Life is not always good, and sometimes the only way it can get better is by continuing to move forward. So I am trying to moving away from the Dads loss. And now looking forward to get to my old life rhythm. In all these situation, it is important we allow ourself the opportunity to grieve. Sadly, life will always have moments of hardship sometimes more, but also sometimes less.
As far as my other undergoing challenging condition, I am resilent enough to get over with them as well. It will take time. Being resilebt is the ability to cope with the loss, and trauma that have been inevitable parts of life even before these extraordinary times.
Getting Over Tough Time
Sometimes, people find it difficult to get over. They over think the situation and goes into a hole, where the returning appears to be impossible. I was too going into the shell, when realized the repercussion of it and soon started getting away with it. It does not happen in one dsy, but regular following up them will definitely pave way for positivity in life. A person must adhere to following of these :
- Engaging in activities that bring us joy. May be sports, music, travel. Make sure you do it at will.
- Practice relaxation techniques, go on for a walk, connect with friends, sleep well.
- Doing physical exercise regularly. Running, walking, workout are quite effective in tougher times.
- Make sure to majntain a healthy routine. Do not indulge in activities that may push you to a corner.
As said earlier, everything in life is temporary. Bad times in life too end because life is a series of fleeting moments. Only way, to deal with the situation is to accept them, adapt to them, hold the patience, do not give up and avoid overthinking.
Life gets beautiful as it happens to be.
