Relationships are the beautiful things in life. A strong relation completely relies upon faith, love, respect , cares and understanding. A good relationship can also have other benefits, such as increasing happiness, reducing stress, and bringing harmony and bliss to a family. When we are in a strong, lasting bond with someone, our brain releases endorphins and hormones that create a sense of well-being and security. However, many people find it hard to sustain longer in a relationships. They went through some painful phase of breakup. The trauma was so much that it may lead to matter of life and death.

Breakups can be painful because of the loss of a loved one and the future that was planned. Even if the initiator ends the relationship, it can feel like an abandonment of emotional needs. I belive all of us have gone through this phase. I have seen many of my friends in pain, just because they unable to carry forward their relationship.
Relationships can be difficult to sustain longer for many reasons, including:
1. Unrealistic expectations: Differences in expectations can be dangerous for relationships.
2. Lack of communication: Effective communication is key to a healthy relationship.
3. Abuse: If your partner is physically or emotionally abusive, you should consider leaving the relationship for your own safety and emotional health.
4. Incompatibility: If you don't love your partner, or if you're not sure if you do, your relationship may struggle.
5. Other factors: Other factors that can make relationships difficult include emotional baggage, past experiences, lack of trust, financial conflicts, different communication styles, lack of quality time, external stressors, and life challenges.
Letting go!
Some say the worst reason to let go of someone is when there is abuse in a relationship. In these situations, some say you owe no loyalty to the abuser and should get out immediately. I remember an instance of my friend who deeply fall in a distant relationship.
His lady love was sitting offshore in some EU country. She was the part of resolving issue of the foreign clients. And as such my friend alwsys get in contact with her over office communicator. And soon the guy fell in love. What I learnt that they started to talk outside the office hours and get too close. However, once a friend of the lady caution my friend about possible cheating. This alerted him and by the time he realize his mistake and found out her deceit nature. He was broken. Nk offence to the lady, but the guy set up a high expectation from her. He already assumed her to be his life partner.
The jolly friend of ours went through some hard time. It was painful moment where he lost all his interest. Even his performance in office works took a sharp decline. In this case the deceit and unfaithfulness leads the relationship to end. There are many others reasons why people may choose to let go of a relationship, including:
Fear of being alone: People may worry that they won't find someone else who loves them or that they aren't good enough to attract a healthier partner.
Toxic behavior: This could include emotional abuse, manipulation, or gaslighting.
Lack of appreciation: People may feel like their emotional resources aren't being spent or replenished.
Misalignment in values: This could include unrealistic expectations or clashes in personalities.
Drained energy: People may feel uncomfortable or drained after spending time with their partner, which could indicate that it's time to leave.
Not being yourself: People may feel like they have to pretend to be someone they're not out of fear of being judged or misunderstood.
Other factors: These could include infidelity, poor communication skills, financial difficulties, or childhood abandonment trauma.
It is important to have a proper contrihutionnin relationships. You can not expect everything for the other partner

When people truly love something, they may want it to grow and thrive, and letting go may give it the space to do so. Our traditional lifestyle alwsys thrive to safeguard the relationship, no matter how worst it may go. Here are some tips for safeguarding relationships:
Communicate: Be an active listener, ask questions, and share information. Don't interrupt or plan what you're going to say next. Try to understand your partner's perspective.
Be respectful: Accept people as they are, and don't try to change them. Respect boundaries and privacy, and resolve conflicts respectfully.
Be kind: Be friendly, generous, and considerate.
Be intentional: Build a strong emotional connection, and spend quality time together. Try new things together, and focus on having fun.
Take care of yourself: Practice self-care, and maintain your individual well-being
A relationship is all about string bonding. The moment it realizes to be broken, it is sensible to part off for a peaceful life.
