Am excitedly happy today, maybe due to we are in the last month of the year, the year coming to an end or the season we are in with decorations of Christmas trees 🎄 and other signs visibly everywhere we go. I think this time of the year is usually so special with the air of Christmas 🎄🎅season .

So in my todays recipe of Creative Sunday, I decided to make a lovely loaf in a shape that is so creative. I made a Snail 🐌 Shell 🐚 shape inspired loaf everyone will love 💕. This season is a season we need to do and put in our best to bring something creative on our table, treating our loved 🥰 ones to good memories of this coming Christmas 🎄.
I love bread 🥯 a lot and one of my daughters do too, so am trying my best to always bake something new every time, adding flavors that will make them tastes delicious and being delightful. In this today’s recipe of Creative Sunday, I have added Cinnamon, Vanilla and Strawberry flavors to give this loaf a homemade taste we can’t get just anywhere randomly.
I made this Snail 🐌 Shell 🐚 Shape inspired loaf 🍞 to share and teach you guys of how you can choose to make and bake any shape of loaf you desire from your kitchen. And again, the season calls for uniqueness, so we can inculcate and incorporate new recipes this season to bring smiles on the faces of people around us.
Here I will take you through the ingredients and steps for baking this shaped loaf 🍞.
INGREDIENTS:
200 g of all purpose flour
1/2 cup mug of warm water
3 tablespoons of powdered milk
3 teaspoon of premium sugar
2 tablespoons of margarine
2 teaspoon of yeast
1/4 sea salt
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Strawberry 🍓 extract
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
I started this recipe by first soaking the yeast with some warm water, adding one teaspoon of premium sugar to it. Stir both thoroughly and cover.
Step. 2.
Next is to transfer the flour into a mixing bowl, adding the salt and margarine. Then using the tips of my fingers to incorporate the margarine 🧈 into the flour .
Step 3.
I will add the sugar and the powdered milk and mix them evenly .
Step 4.
Next I will add all the flavor extracts. The Cinnamon, Vanilla and Strawberry 🍓 into the flour and thoroughly stir them all.
Step 5.
Now that the soaked yeast has risen, I will add it into the flour to gently mix into a dough.
Step 6.
To mold and bake this Snail 🐌 Shell 🐚 Shape inspired recipe, I will first glaze the baking pan, then cut the dough into small squares and gently start molding the dough in a straight roll format.
Step 7.
Then I will roll and curve the dough to form the first circle shape and a curvy one. Then I will one by one roll and form other’s arranging them in snail 🐌 shell 🐚 shapes.
Step 8.
Once the dough is rolled and formed, I will keep it in a warm place for 20 minutes to rise.
Step 9.
And will take it into the preheated oven to bake it for 20 minutes at 180/200 Celsius.
NB: Bake according to the oven working capacity. Some oven are hotter than others.
Step 10.
Once timing elapses, the loaf is all baked in the right desired shape. You can bake for more extra timing ⏱ if you want some brownish rusty texture just like this one here.
Now that the loaf is ready, I will allow to cool down before serving. These are the kind of shapes children love 💕 to have fun with .
