Hello everyone😊
This is the first task the newbies initiative is bringing up so far and it really interesting..
I want to say a big thank you to the team @newbies-hive and @hive-learners for organising this life changing program to enables the newbies work on themselves and improve on our content creation.
What are your Hive goals by the end of the initiative( in 3 months) in terms of
Hive power: in the next three months I would want my hive power to grow up to 200HP, I know it will be difficult to achieve in such time interval but if I keep being consistent and patient I know I can be able to achieve it.
And my hive reputation to grow up to 60.
It will be a great goal achieved if accomplished. And how do I intend to grow my hive power is making post often, post that attract other hivers, and by rebloging other authors post.
And my Hive reputation was at 49 then just this past few days I've been in the newbies initiative it has grown to 51, so I think in the next three months my hive reputation should have grown to 60.
Followers: Firstly i noticed all those who has many followers are organized in their writing, so when am writing I intend to make my writing very much easy for others to read, making my content readable and also very easy for others to skim through,
Secondly I need to put myself out here on hive and I believe it is the most important thing to do, I need to engage myself with other hivers so they can be able to see me, and share my honest opinion on what they are writing.
Thirdly by using catchy topics and images cause most some persons would just want to log in and check few things out, using a catchy topic and image will attract such persons to visit your post. We don't just get followers overnight, being patient and consistent will also attract followers. I know i have to give people a reason to follow me.
Comments: people don't just comment on your post like that, what they need is something interesting that will drag their attention to your post, and before someone will leave a comment in you post then the post most have being really interesting and educating.
It's something educating, and inspirational that can attract other hivers to leave a comment on your post. Like every comment I see on my post I feel really grateful for it, cause it makes me feel I dropped something that others can communicate with me about.
Engagement: we comment on other peoples post by creating more engagement, in order to engage more I need to be posting regularly of which am doing these past week with the help our newbies weekly contest, I need to communicate and interact with other hivers in order to be engaged more on the hive platform.
Also learn from other hivers who are higher than me and associate myself with other newbies to see and explore the platform together.
Other Hive related goals:
My goals aside from the others mentioned above, is to make new friends here, communicate more with other hivers, and to watch hive transform my financial life.
What challenges do you think you may likely face trying to attain these goals.
Well since I started hive I've had some certain challenges, now talking about these challenges is a dream come true.
Firstly, will I say lack of idea or idea generation most times I feel like writing something but the real idea of the thing is not coming forth, how do I fight this, what do I need to do to fight this. And some times I'll just write something then couldn't have a good topic to attach to it.
My Laptop is having issues: really these past days my laptop has been malfunctioning, I don't know what's wrong with it tho, so these days I've been using my phone to type and it's kind of make typing low for me.
No constant electricity: the electricity over here sucks, despite the bills they bring and we pay, we still don't have enough electricity to power our phones.
Stress from the office: well my work is kind of stressful cause most times I don't even have time for myself, I'll be out all day trying to convince customers to patronage the product am marketing.
A big thank you to the team in charge of curating post, @aliento, @theycallmedan, @lazy-panda, and special thanks to @starstrings01 for being there for the newbies, thank you for always making yourself available for the newbies.
Thank you for reading.. Hola
