In this post, I'm back in participating in the Contest Week 33 Edition 3, which was held by the Hive Learners Community.
In this edition, the theme of the contest given by the Hive Learners Community is very interesting because almost everyone must used a cellphone or computer for a long time so this time we have to explain how to avoid stress from playing on a cellphone or computer for too long.
In the era of technological sophistication as it is today, almost everyone must always use a cellphone or computer in their daily life. And playing too long on cellphones and computers is also not good for health, especially for eye and mental health, so it often causes us to experience stress.
In living my daily life, I am also the type of person who plays cellphones and computers very often because at this time some of my work must be done through cellphones or computers, so I have to be wise in using cellphones and computers so that I don't stress because playing too long.
So one way that I don't get stressed after playing cellphones and computers for a long time is to look for other activities that have nothing to do with cellphones or computers such as going to certain places with my friends to just hang out or see the natural scenery in the places we like to visit.
And that I do almost every day Except when I use my cellphone or computer not for too long and that usually happens on Weekends, Because on Weekends I usually enjoy Weekends with my family and friends and even though I still use my cellphone but not too long.
So that's how I overcome stress after using a cellphone or computer for too long, namely by looking for other activities that have nothing to do with cellphones or computers and this method is very effective in my opinion because I've been doing it for a long time.
Because sometimes people who are used to using cellphones or computers for too long will experience stress or other things that are not good for their health, and the best thing we can do after playing a cellphone or computer for too long is exercising, but for those who don't have time to exercise, you can replace it with other activities.
If there is no interest that requires us to use a cellphone or computer, then it would be nice if we had to limit the time in using a cellphone or computer because of the effects that are not good for health if we use it for too long.
So for those of you who always have to use a cellphone or computer for a long time because there is work there, then you may follow my way to avoid stress from using your cellphone or computer for too long in your daily life.
And the point is we still have to be wise in using cellphones or computers and if we don't have an interest in having to use cellphones or computers, it would be nice if we don't need to use them for too long because ,apart from not being good for eye health, it is also not good for mental health.
