Ever since the year 2016 I had to sit for another waec exam after being out of secondary school. 4 years before that year(2012), I had had terrible eyesight, and now, we have found more ways to further destroy our eyes, don't know about others, but for me, I have been having an issue with my eye, and I am actually not the type that deals with hospitals, even when someone told me to get glasses I was like Nah!!!.
It hasn't really been easy you know, I know how hard it must be when most of us rely on our gadgets like our phones and PC for daily jobs or activities, but the truth is it is not easy prioritizing.
WHAT I DO.
So what I do is even as a stay home mom, I still got other businesses I try to do from time to time, I give myself time,
in the morning when I wake up, I try not to take my phone as the first thing, cause if I do that, my son goes late to school, so I instead, say my prayers and then go prepare his food in the kitchen then after make him take his bath after he has gone to school the time would be like 8;30, I then start with the sister and do the same procedure, so it is not like I am always on my phone, even if my husband allows me to be on my phone for the time I am, it still doesn't mean I don't use my sense,
in essence, all one needs is to give everything its own time, and also take time to rest, my own resting time from my phone or PC is when i have other house chores to do, even if it doesn't sound like a resting time, it is sure a resting time from the screen of a phone and PC. it is so easy to lose track of time when you are engrossed in your PC or phone, Also another of my free time is on Saturdays and Sundays, cause I have to attend rehearsal and church service, so I think I sure do have enough of those rest time from my screen.
WHAT DO I ADVISE
1 Give yourself time, that means scheduling when you need to be on your phone or PC
2 Take time to rest, go out if possible
It's actually not a bad thing to give yourself time, cause you know you are helping your own health and probably helping you save your money from medical bills.
