Curiosity they say is having this strong desire for knowledge or most times exploration because the power hidden in being curious can open different doors to certain things, we tend to find answers or even resolve some mysteries and just like what we call a double edged swords, it can take up down a path we don't like or even put us in trouble but most times, we tend to learn a lot from it. There are things we get to find out anytime we are really curios about something, especially when it come to relationship matters or been curios about what life have to offer you. Been curios should be a normal thing in life especially if put in something useful but most time we are always curious just to find out about one hidden secret someone is hiding from us.
There was a time man was in love, like there is this special feeling you always have when it is your first relationship and you are so much in love with this lady to the extend that you overlook some certain things even at the beginning of the relationship, we don't even know what red flag are doing that time, we just want to love someone and be loved back, I started dating this lady who unknowing to be was still in love with her ex and both wish they could come back together, even though she decided to fake it at first for some months when we started dating, she was so good with the act that I couldn't figure it out plus I never have this feeling the one I'm in love with can have some skeleton in her cupboard, I wasn't bothered actually, the relationship to me was going smoothly since we do communicate regular, we see each other day, play and even eat together at times until one day, something fishy started happening, I sensed something was off, first was the conversation, someone that do reply immediately now take time to reply, if we are together, she is always focused on her phone chatting and smiling, ahh that was when I sense this slang "It is gone (O ti lo)" happening, I didn't want to believe it though and at times she will prevent me from seeing her or showing up in her house unannounced.
It was at that point, I became curious because to me, I'm in the dark already and I need to know what is actually going on, it is good to be in love but it is a bad thing to be the only one in the relationship while your partner already left you behind, I didn't know what to do, I started using style to ask my friends who are in relationship some questions while acting like a third party because I don't want them to know I'm the one with the problem, this go on and on for months, until one day I couldn't take it anymore, I invited her over and she came, we talked for a while but I didn't let her know my plans, we ate and when it was time to sleep, we slept or should I say I pretend to be sleeping and she was a deep sleeper, when I figured she was asleep, I took her phone and opened it with the password only for me to noticed her whatsapp was locked with fingerprint, A trick came to my mind and I was able to open the whatsap without her own fingerprint (lolz an hidden trick ) and unfortunately for me, the one she has been chatting with all this time and the reason why she kept acting funny was her ex, chai I was furious and afraid at the same time, I opened the message, it didn't take me time to figure out what is actually going on, apparently I was the obstacle preventing her from going back to him, the said lot of things about me that shocked me, I was the handbag, the breakup consoler, while I though I was in love, she was actually having a rebound relationship with me.
I knew it was over at that point, I was hurt and different thought keep coming because I don't know what to do, I wanted to just play along since two can play the game but figured out I will be hurt the more, I started withdrawing bit by bit, we chat less, I didn't visit or invited her over like I use to and most times, I stick to games or hang out with my male friends, the day she figured out was when we end it all but I almost chop the blame because to her I was the one not putting him much effort in the rebound situation she put me in, I had to just tell her I knew what has been going on for month but I just decide to allow the sleeping dog lie and I already move on. I learnt a lot to be honest, never to be a fool in love and not to be use in getting over someone because you will be hurt the most.
