Staying up at night is really a two way things, you are either capable or not, some are really gifted naturally, they can stay awake all night without dozing up and also wont take anything that can hinder them from sleeping, while some cant, any small thing they will doze up, they are like computers that have this on and off switch, once their time elapse, that is all for the day. Sleeping early like they use to say is very healthy for the body system but at times sleep might not show up especially when there are things you need to do or maybe you are in a new place. Staying up at night is not something you can force yourself to do, the more you force it, the stronger the sleep.
I rarely sleep in the afternoon and also find it hard to sleep early at night, I really don't know why or how I use to do it, I don't take things that can hinder my drink because am not a fan of coffee or fearless kind of drink, I just think mine is natural or maybe am use to it already. I stay up at night mostly because of work, especially if i have things I need to do, or I have games to play especially splinterlands, winning battle is always sweet and more easier at night so I do stay up to get it done. Above all, movies top the list, especially if it is interesting or the kind of movie you will be so curious to know what happen next. I'm a movie freak and I even lost count the one I watched, I once stay up all night watching movie instead of sleeping and my head started pounding as if someone is pounding yam on my head.
Back in the days when free browsing still exist, those days we really dont have money for datas since we were working and parent are always strict with their money unless you want to steal it, we have to stay up at night to either use night plan which was really cheap and stay up all night browsing and chatting with our facebook or 2go friends back then or the free cheat that work really well at night when everywhere is cool and the network is free, we use this moment to download lot of movies on some free site so we can watch them during the day when there wont be data and we need to be busy with one thing or the other.
To start staying up at night, there are some easy things you can do. Start taking afternoon nap, sleeping really well in the afternoon always make it difficult for you to sleep early at night, sleep wont come unless in some few cases. Some people believe in take some things that can prevent you from sleeping such as drugs or coffee which isnt always good. I dont engage in such though. Staying up late at night always come wit severe headache which only be avoided if you sleep well.
