Hello, good morning friends #hive everyone, best of luck to all of us, the most special thing is to all members who join the #hivelearners community, May we all be given health, kept away from all dangers and May today be more beautiful than yesterday.
For this post I will continue my learning that has been made by the #hivelearnears community where it is mentioned that there are several points that I must explain.
For the first I will explain what hive is, as we all know Hive is the currency of hive.blog and similarly every other major cryptocurrency we have heard of probably from some of our friends, and the Hive coin itself can be bought as well as sold return in cash depending on the area where we each live. Besides we can buy hives from specialized exchanges like Binance, we can also get hives through the hive.blog platform.
Then I will explain what Hive Dollars are. If we look at Hive Dollars or usually called HBD, it is almost the same as Hive as well. HBD is a liquid token that can be earned in exchange for our posts on Hive.blog.
We can also convert Hive Dollars to Hive and vice versa from Hive we can convert to HBD through the Market feature in the wallet on our account, For those who don't understand I will show you how to do this. When we want to convert from HBD to hive and vice versa we can determine how much we want to convention, and here we can see the market price first as in my photo below.
- Open your wallet account and then select Market.
- If you want to convert from HBD to hive you can see the 1st arrow, and vice versa you can see the second sign .
- After completing the conversion, select directly from the hive menu and select power up.
- write how much you want to power up.
- press ok then you need to fill in your private key so that the power up process can be done.
- then after a successful check in the history it will look like that if you are successful.
For the next one, Is it important to increase the power hive in our account? Personally, I think it is very important to increase our Hive Power because the amount of hive power that you have in your account has a huge impact on the number of posts, comments, or upvotes that we can do in a day. Therefore, every time I get results from my posts, I always do power up for my account.
That's all I can write in this lesson, as my understanding and how much I know about the material this time. If something is missing, please correct it so I can re-edit my post.
Best regards @vikar
