AI (artificial intelligence) we all know the meaning of artificial intelligence, so let me spare us the definition.
(You know what just entered my mind now? It wa like, “is it that you are assuming that everyone knows the meaning of AI or that you don't know the definition, an then I was like, hmmm, oya you don catch me 🤗)
Anyways, I'd you do not know the meaning of AI, you sha know that artificial means something not natural, meaning it's man-made, and intelligence is the amount of the production in smartness of a particular thing or person...
This is not the first time I have asked myself, will AI take over the world one day? And if it does, what will happen or what will be of humanity? What are we going to be doing? How are we going to feed? Like, the people producing AI, will they also produced good food for us? And so many other useful and at the same time useless questions running through my mind...
Now, to be honest, the creation of artificial intelligence must have been to enhance the labor of humanity, that is to help Humans to solve some common and also hard quests, and we all know that in one way, or even more than one way in our lives, AI has really helped us to grow from where we used to be to where we are now... (I will give some examples)
So in my personal life, if there are just but 2 things I hate to do, it is reading and writing, (but I really love to know new things, please how will I know new things is I don't read abeg 😅) it's not like there is anything wrong with it, but then, I just feel so lazy to do anything that will entail reading and writing. Though I know that there are some important thing that I need in my life, that I have no other choice than to read and write. And so, I guess luckily for me, on the other hand, I think I do like to talk very well, and so this is where AI came to help me out, when I am to write a long message, instead of passing through that stress, what I do instead is to send the message using voice, AI made it very much possible, and also they even made things so possible that instead of reading a long writeup, I could just play it, and a remote voice will help me out and then will read everything till the end, all I need to do is to follow up.
And so to an extent, this thing has made things very easy for me, but at the same time, it has made me really lazy, and that is one of it's disadvantages, and a lazy man will have a limit.
AI has gone really far, and in the nearest future to come, it will take over a lot of Jobs, but as much as AI can be so good at whatever it does, it cannot totally eradicate human from their obligations, humans still have a reproducing brain, but a AI brains are limited to what it has been programmed as, and so for an AI to overcome humanity, is has to be frequently updated with better ideas, which will cost a lot to those people who can't afford, irrespective of its advantages...
I am a photographer, and so I am certain that AI cannot take over that I am doing as business, it can try, but it could only affect the camera, but not the photographer, do you understand, there could be a new invented camera, but it can't be that the camera will come out if it's bag and take a person it's photo...
I love my job, even if AI can take over, human will still do it better, you know why? Because human relationships is still needed as much as possible...
