Traveling with mixed people is the best...
Well, traveling a long distance alone, especially interstate traveling is a lot of personal fun, you could do what ever you liked without anyone or anything hindering you or questioning you, you could play any music of your choice, and increase the volume to the loudest sound...
But I think I will still prefer the commercial company buses, I believe it's way more fun than being in alone...
WHY IS THAT?
When going long distances, especially interstate travel, we tend to see people of different kinds, and the next thing is relation, we tend to relate if we feel free with the person that is sitting closest to us...
We cannot say what life is, it's unpredictable, anything can happen at anytime. We don't know if the person sitting beside us can be a life changer, or one kind of mysterious helper like that...
Let's talk about normal actions that can happen in the real world...

What I mean is that, we've seen cases whereby someone is traveling and does not entertaining gadgets like phones, laptops, or a little, DVD player, or headphones just to listen to music, I think you understand what I am taking about...
I am sure we have seen cases whereby someone else that has eventually happens to be sitting right beside you, he can notice how bored you are and see we that you are interested in watching the movie that he is watching, he could just offer you a chance to watch, and from there, a good relationship might start
.. (it will now be more fun when such event is between two opposite sex...
Another reason is for the fun...
The fun we will derive from meeting a new person that relates well with you, is quite different from being alone throughout a whole interstate travel...

That feeding one is common, many of us will know where they call ore, the place where we eat when we are traveling a long distance trave, mainly interstate traveling, as e know, eating there is very very interesting...
