Good Morning , wel actually it's afternoon already when I'm typing this , I started this morning with bringing the wife to work , and on my way back i stopped on the side of the road 07:00 AM on a Sunday morning hardly anyone alive , so i parked the car got my camera and snapped this foggy shot .
Camera used : Sony A7IV
Lens used : Sony 24-105 F4 G OSS , 16mm extension tube , and the LAOWA 15mm F4.5 Macro 1:2
All images this morning are straight out of camera so they might be a little big .
1 )
Then i rememberd my daughter mentioning this area called "Bloeidaal"
https://www.utrechtslandschap.nl/routes/wandelroute/het-beekdal
Sorry website is in Dutch but it will give you an idea of the area .
So this morning i decided to go for the "het Beekdal route " of 2.5 km .
it's never just a walk with me i always get distracted of things i want to capture .
So 2.5 hours later i got home with +/- 375 pictures , i won't post all of them today 😂 and that is without making a timelapse, although i did find some nice spots for that .
So here is my contribution today for #BeautifulSunday started by @ace108 and for #SublimeSunday started by @c0ff33a in the new community #summervibes by @mipiano .
2 ) arriving at the car park you can find it here on google maps : https://maps.app.goo.gl/q34ee62R41W5UJvo7
3 ) The bennifit of getting here early there is always a spot for your car to park.
4 ) The old farm house across the parking still looked a sleep .
5 ) And so I moved in to the Bloeidaal and i was glad i brought my waterproof shoes with me . This simple bridge over a ditch filled with water promised almost a wet adventure.
6 ) Still not much to see besides reed and woodland , but i can hear the water on my left in the woodlands , and plenty of little birds in the reed but very hard to spot.
7 ) Another bridge over a ditch and somthings moves in the water whil i cross it , probably a frog couldn't find it unfortunitly .
8 ) And when i looked back the way i came the sun was shining in my face , for a moment i thought it would be a sunny Sunday summer walk after all .
9 ) And whil i had hoped to find some Macro material here , so far nothing to find of that kind , hardly any insects at all . But then ...
An Argiope bruennichi / Wasp spider in a web caught my atention, this is a female since the males are way smaller "The adult males average a length of approximately 4.5 mm while the adult females reach a body length of 14 - 20 mm" (source wikipedia )
10 ) And when i looked arround they where all over the place , not a spot for people with Arachnaphobia , but i don't mind these creatures. This one was even coverd in dewdrops , or still soaking wet from last nights rain .
11 ) and then i spotted this one where i was able to take a picture from the other side without disturbing the web .
12 ) Then as i moved on i spotted these red berries , and the sun was starting to hide behind the clouds again .
13 ) and a little further there was this tree filled with red berries , differend tree Crataegus / hawthorn or mayflower
14 ) A flowering red clover also coverd in dew drops
15 ) like i said at the beginning of the post i was glad i brought my waterproof shoes with me .
16 ) plenty of reed cigars grwoing here on the water front
17 ) and a dandelion still flowering , also the sun starting to hide again .
18 ) Then i spotted this tree , with little fruits that look like plums , never seen these before , they were only 1 - 2cm big .
19 ) taken form a bridge i had to cross , you can see the water a bit .
20 ) these probably don't need an explanation , we all know blackberries i guess . And they seem to grow very well in this moisterd area .
21 ) and another tree with those small plums , these seem to have ripen better with more sun ,
22 ) The clouds are changing .. and not for the better ..
time to get back to the car
23 ) almost there ....
24 ) time for me to pick up the wife again from work
Enjoy your Sunday i hope you liked my morning walk .
