Warm greetings Alive and Hive community!
I've been a very buzzy bee, but I've finally found a little time to give an update on the We Are Alive Tribe, and also to officially announce the relaunch of the Alive Chat community engagement activities. As many of you already know, Erik (@flaxz) moved to Southern Sweden (from Stockholm) at the beginning of January last year, and was absent for the majority of 2024. By the end of last year, there were only three of us left keeping the Alive Tribe alive, Rosyel (@iamraincrystal), Ben (@benthomaswwd), and myself (@tydynrain), which we did to the best of our capacity.
At the end of the year, Erik finally made the decision to transfer leadership and ownership of the We Are Alive Tribe to Ben, Rosyel, and me. This was a not-entirely-unexpected surprise, and we've been in a process of taking stock, deciding how best to use the assets that we have available, and to rebuild the Alive Tribe from the ground up.
We have a lot of work ahead of us, but we're happy and grateful to announce that we plan on kick-starting the Alive Chat commmunity engagement activities once again within just a few days, with three weekly activities (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays) initially, with the intention to add more days and activities over time, as more Alive Tribe members come forward to host them.

We give thanks and gratitude to everyone that has supported the We Are Alive Tribe up until now, and we're excited to help bring this exceptional community back to life in 2025! We're decentralizing everything, including leadership, and we're going to need the help of all of you to make the We Are Alive Tribe great again, and even better and more amazing that it was before!
