I am convinced that just by changing a few small habits per day, we can feel much better and accumulate well-being over time. I consider that one of the practices that helped me the most this year has been yoga and I hope to be able to continue with this practice. Today is the day of Yoga. The constancy of continuing to exercise makes me happy in the morning.
I send you a hug and I hope you have found what your ideal physical activity is. The one that complements them and allows them to develop in that important aspect such as the materiality of the body in space, the expression of movement and posture.
