Focus on your goals and be thankful for what you have in life.
Focus
We are here only for a short time in the grand scheme of things and a lot of people focus on fear of what may happen rather than focusing on their goals and making stuff happen.
It is Law of Attraction that whatever you focus on is what you will get because what you focus on creates energy.
That energy then is returned with the outcome of what you focused on.
It is why we should be mindful of our thoughts and think about positive things rather than negative things in life.
So think about what you would like to achieve, set some goals that will help you reach the desired outcome and focus.
Take action everyday and be as consistent as possible.
Now i am not telling you that this will help you achieve everything you want because there are lot's of varibles that can effect the final outcome.
There is also the chance that sometimes in life there are lesson's that may need to be learned. This too can effect the results and understand it is OK to fail because it just means you are one step closer to success.
But if you are focused on your goals you are taking a direct route with determination and there is less chance you will get distracted or self sabotage.
This will give you a better chance at success in whatever it is you are trying to achieve.
Thankful
Be thankful for what you have and what you receive because there is a good chance you will get more of that positive energy.
Quit complaining you do not have enough or that you did not receive enough or it is not fair, what are you a child or adult?
Complaining only draws negative energy into your space and it is a little childish to be moaning all the time.
People may entertain it for a little while but if all you do is moan and complain they are going to start ignoring you.
People that complain and moan all the time often do not set themselves goals as really they don't want solutions and even if they do they will not be focusing on them as they are focused on the complaining.
It can seem strange at first if you are not use to setting goals and being just thankful for what you have but the more you do it the better the outcomes in your life will be.
You can test these things out, you do not have to take my word for it, wake up in the moring be thankful you are alive and set yourself some basic goals for that day.
Do this everyday expanding as much or as little as you wish and you will start to see a difference in your life regardless of the challenges you may face in life.
Had challenging one today but thankful to have a roof over my head with food in my belly.
