
Introduction Of Chakra's Continued
This week i started an introduction to Chakra's because this is a journey i must take to bring balance back to my life and thought it maybe helpful to others.
I am not an expert in anyway, i am just a bloke on a journey and you are welcome to join me.
Muladhara means root in sanskrit and is the first of the Chakra and is connected with our most basic fundamental needs.
These would be survival, food, shelter and the health and safety of our phyisical bodies.
It is important that we do not let this Chakra to get drained or blocked as this could cause our connection to the world we live in to weaken.
If we deplete this energy we will start to feel out of sorts, ungrounded and may become unstable. If we get to this condition we will probably start to neglect our physical needs and so will be vunerable to illness.
This will cause a state of weakness and neglect that will not be easy to recover from so it is super important to establish a strong base or root.
Understand that if this Chakra is overstimulated there is a good chance that you will become too attached to material wealth.
If this happens and we get too attached to possessions we may struggle to reach the higher levels of our nature because we are too afraid of what we may lose.
If a person is unable to to enjoy their wealth through fear of losing it, is a good example of someone who is out of balance.
Another example would be someone that is overweight or too skinny again this shows a lack of balance.
Repairing The Physical Body

The Root or Base Chakra Exercises
One of the best base Chakra exercises is walking because of the connection you make from the ground with every step.
It brings balance to your Chakra's energy while increasing your strength and tone of your legs as well as improves your respiratory system.
You should take slow gentle walks at first and then increase them as your fitness improves.
Take a packpack with you so you can take the things you need like high energy food and water.
Remember to take in your surroundings as you take your walk.

Yes you can still do this even if you are in a town or city you just have to be more open minded.

Other good forms of exercises for Muladhara Chakra is Yoga, Ti-Chi or active meditation.

Eat fresh fruit several times a day and drink plenty of water.

Each step we take each day is what will determine if we replenish our chakra or not and so it is important before we move on that we put good habits in place.
Remember this is a marathon not a sprint.
