One of the GP doctors who was on leave returned on Sunday. Hence, it was a pretty easy day at work where I consulted only 18 patients in my chamber. In the visa medical section, the number of patients was also fewer.
Of 18 patients, there was one with severe watery diarrhea for the last two days. According to him, he passed motion over 50 times in the last two days! Indeed, he was dehydrated, hypotensive (low BP) and fatigued! As he was passing "watery stool", he stopped drinking water and ORS, thinking if there was no water intake, there was no "coming out' of water also!! He said, "From where is this much water coming out"? Can you imagine such a stupid patient in this modern world!!
At home, I had an afternoon nap. In the night, we went to bed just after 10 pm. No treadmill walk on Sunday!
