Today is the first of four free days in a row, with just one (online) class to teach tonight, no other appointments, and the Mrs going away for 3 days! Wonderful!
Time to work on my online business, and also on a couple of other non-business projects...
One of them is to do six workouts and two deadhang sessions over the four days...
I've divided my workouts into three types, "Basic," "Main," and "Boxing," aiming to do two of each type of workout between now and Sunday evening.
Basic Workout
This morning I completed one Basic workout:
- loosen up
- 75 second squat
- 75 second leg stretch and resistance band exercise
- 10+ press-ups with press-up bars
- 6 x 10kg dumbell curls
Finished!
Later in the morning I went for a walk to a park where there are several exercise machines, including a sky ladder where you can do deadhangs.
Even though my longest ever deadhang was 45 seconds, I felt that today was the day to try and hit a target I set early last year of doing a 1 minute deadhang.

As I mentioned at the end of the video, last night I watched a young woman do a two-minute deadhang challenge for a prize... It turned out that she was a rock-climber, and could do it easily, and threw in some chin-ups at the end for good measure...
So, the next deadhang target: 2 minutes!
