Ten days in the month now. Amazing how fast time flies these days. Can you believe there are twenty days left in September? 😱 I sometimes wish there's a pause button or a slow motion mode so I wouldn't feel rushed at all times. 😅 I swear I want to do more each day, but my current situation prevents me from doing so. I simply need to enjoy each day and just do the best that I can.
Alive&Thriving Chooseday Thoughts : Tummy Ache & Sleeplessness
I planned on sleeping earlier last night. However, I was in bed when I felt my tummy aching. The best I can describe it is flatulence. It was too painful that I was crying and calling out for mom. 😂 Sounds silly but I do have high tolerance for pain but this ache made me feel weak. Thankfully, I found a YT video on how to massage the stomach to promote circulation and blood flow. It seemed to have helped as I finally got to release the gas. The process took time and went past my bedtime. It's no fun being sleepless due to some ache. 😖
I was thankful to have found the above video and learned some exercises to activate Qi. It helped me go through my day with a little more energy. I will need to incorporate more of these practices in my every day activities. 🙏❤️💡
It's the 9-9 sale yesterday and I checked out some items on my cart. Since my daughter got to send me a little extra, I treated myself to a new fan for my bedroom. It's long overdue.
I'm amazed it got delivered today. Another exemplary service I'd say. We do get that once in a while. I value consistency though, so I'm taking notes on which merchants ship faster. Xin is checking out the new tower fan. 😅
I actively work on these affiliate sites daily. I recently cashed out on LeadsLeap so I'm not working on accumulating more credits and cash daily.
I went easy on food today. I certainly don't want a repeat of my tummy ache. It's tough to live alone and feel sick. Plus, I do have the kitties and guinea pigs to take care of.
