Happy #thankfulThursday 🎉 Overall it was an okay day. These days I'm glad for these so-so days when everything was just chill. It's not super great but I have nothing to complain about.
Work was busy but manageable. Bruno was at the door as I opened it this morning to let Mini out. Seems she had quite an adventure. I didn't let any of the adult kitties out tonight (except Mini). It's also good the Mowe is sleeping inside now. I guess as an older cat, she prefers more quiet time.
Well, everything was okay until after my power nap. A few minutes after six pm, I saw that the modem had a blinking red light. 😯 Oh no! This outage has not happened before. I've reported the matter to the provider and got a support ticket for it. I'm glad that I've learned a way around it by using my mobile data and sharing a hotspot so that I could continue with my online activities. As a result, I was late for the Simbang Gabi tonight. 🙁 Better late than never... I pray the Internet connection will be fixed by the morning as I do have two more days of work for the week.
It turned out I was creative with food today. For lunch, I cooked scrambled eggs with my pork and beans. Then I air fried two pieces of chicken katsu (I shared one with the kitties). For dinner, I decided to finally open up this pasta & sauce kit I previously bought. I love specialty noodles like this one -- fusilli. 😄 It was pretty easy to prepare, so no hard work there. Turned out to be such a yummy pasta. 😋 It's a good thing that good food distracts me from feeling any stress over the loss of my Internet connection. 😆
Twelve days to go... 2024 is ending! 😵 I've been thinking how to celebrate the holidays differently this year. 🤔 I don't know yet if I'd be creative or be too lazy. 😆 I'll spend some quiet time and let it come to me. 😉
Working on these affiliate sites is a part of my daily routine. Today I finally crossed $3 on LL. I'll find out the extra earnings tomorrow.
Thankfully I got this far tonight. I better wrap things up and take this as a sign to rest early. Yipee, it's FriYAY tomorrow. 🎉 I wish you a fantastic weekend. Nighty night from Manila. Ta-tah! 👋
