It was a beautiful morning with lots of good memories. Every Friday is a day we discuss about health on different topic. I do invite old and young to my office to share health tips with them. Yesterday was a fantastic one as we had 4 new person's who joined us.

We had good time together yesterday
We discussed on 4 topics that Interest all in attendance.
- How to prevent and treat high blood pressure.
- How to prevent and treat stroke
- How to manage stress
- How to overcome depression
Looking at those topics, you will believe that everyone will love to get an answer to all. I spoke on the topic, how to manage stress. I made it lively and funny starting from the things we do daily. Stress starts every day as you wake up from bed to resume your daily activities. It requires good schedule for one to handle or manage stress. So follow me as explain some ways to manage stress.
Control your phone.
Have you noticed that many are being controlled by their device. Pause a little and check how many device do you have. Are you controlling them or they are the one controlling you. I shared a story of my brother with them who is selling in Eche market Aba. He vowed not to miss any customer and as a result, his phone can never go off or be in silent.
It get to the point that if he is sleeping and his phone ring, he will answer the call no matter the time. One they i told him that he is adding more mental stress to his physically stress. Laughed and said, it is not easy to be a big Man. Do you now see that one can be very busy with phone 247. No time to rest because of his business.
No matter how busy we are, our meal time can be a good time to put the phone aside and enjoy your meal. During church service, phone should not be taking one outside regularly to answer call. There should be time to answer call and time not answer. Since we want to invest in our health, enough should be into consideration. While i was talking, one Man raised his hand up to share his experience about stress with us. If you continue to read, you will enjoy the interesting experience.
Phone can make 10 person's in a place to be very far from each other. Bad side of phone. Lol. I also said that because of phone many do not pay attention to you when you are talking with them. Times like this could be an avenue to have some minutes rest. Stress can be managed in so many ways.
An interesting experience
One of our guest shared his experience about stress, He said that, for 25 years, he has worked as a company driver. Monday to Saturday for the company and Sunday for himself. His life was full of stress. He tried to balance it but nowhere. One day he fell sick and was hospitalized for 3 weeks and his car was giving to another person to drive. When he recoverd, the doctor told him that another sickness like that will put him to mortuary because he has over stressed his brain and body.
He said that, he looked at everything in the company, it was moving smoothly without him, He came to realize that with him or without Him the company will move so He decided to resign. He continued to say that, there was one problem he had then that make him to buy medicine every weekend. But from the time he started managing stress, He has not been buying that medicine again. He said that managing stress has saved him some money.
It was nice to hear that from him. Many who do not really understand the danger of stress was happy that they didn't miss the training. It was a great day for anyone who was present as other topics was discussed too.
In summary, or phone can be controlled by us. We can manage stress by setting limit on how much time we spend on our devices.
