The beginning of these posts was my My Life Just Hit a Brick Wall at High Velocity, on the Cusp of My 50th Birthday: Mid Life Crisis 101 post. I link that post because I want to give my readers some useful context for what I write in these posts.
Warm greetings all! 🙏 💚
I've been back at GaiaYoga Gardens for two weeks today, and it's so wild how good I feel here now. For the first three and a half years here, I was always just about 50/50 - 50% I loved it, and 50% I was like what the fuck?!? I seriously feel so differently now, and so consistently, that I'm still blown away. Because I shifted so profoundly, my experience of being here shifted equally profoundly. Love, appreciation, and gratitude - that's what I feel now. Oh, and immense excitement, too!
I had a nice mix of activities, at GaiaYoga, and on Hive, today, which I really appreciate. I published three posts today, this being the third. My usual morning post, which I put together as I savored my beloved superfood fire coffee, is a practice that I now thoroughly enjoy. Many mornings I don't have any clear idea of what my focus will be for my Index4Index Daily Inspired Motivation, but something always comes, like it did this morning with my Index4Index Daily Inspired Motivation: Self-Discipline Is Essential to Success post. I really appreciate that, because I use the Liketu frontend, the @liketu account gives me quite nice upvotes most days, which is, of course, very welcome.
I was working on and off all day, getting all sorts of stuff done, both for myself, and for the community. And all that was interwoven with my Hive activities that also punctuated my day.
I chopped a shaker coconut and extracted the meat for my superfood fire coffee in the mornings, I sharpened my machete for more cane grass cutting, I took the trash from the Landing to Woodstock (where we keep trash and recycling), unloaded Ano's truck with Fiona, and I chopped lots of cans grass, both alone, and later with Ano. One really satisfying thing that I did today was lead Fiona through some integral practices up at the Flow House in the afternoon. She loved it, and we decided to do such practices two to three times per week with each other.
Before the second round of cane-grass clearing with Ano, he and I attempted to move Daisy the cow, who has been getting into my new nursery area and causing chaos, to the back 400 acres. Unfortunately she was not cooperative, and she ended up taking us on all over the property, with us trying to pull and redirect her with a rope that we had attached to her halter. Cows are really strong, and she took us on a crazy 'ride' through lots of vegetation and trees, even some jungle. It was pretty hair raising, that is for sure! We were finally able to get her to cooperate so we could tie her to a tree over next to Kana's house and Ano's nursery. She'll stay there tonight, and we'll decide where we can put her tomorrow.
After we delt with the cow for the night, Ano and I finished clearing the cane grass that I had started, and almost finished, earlier in the afternoon. Brittany came to help for a bit, too. We worked clear until we had to go to our community logistics meeting. I took a quick shower, and made myself some food equally quickly, then headed to the meeting just a little late.
As soon as I was done with the meeting, I came up to the Flow House to finish and publish My 21st Monday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update: Both Goals Smashed, and Growth Continues Accelerating post. As soon as I published that post, I started with this post. Mondays are quite busy days, at GaiaYoga and on Hive. Next week I'll probably start attending the Leadership Council meetings again, so that will take more time. I'm not sure yet how to fit my three Monday Hive posts in, along with the work I do on the land, and two meetings, all in one day. I'll just do my best.
I'm super sleepy and tired at the moment, so I'm going to say G'Night to y'all for now and take my leave for the night. My bed is calling me very strongly. I hope y'all have a sweet, nourishing night. Until tomorrow! 🙏💚⚡💥🔥👣🌱

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚
