The beginning of these posts was my My Life Just Hit a Brick Wall at High Velocity, on the Cusp of My 50th Birthday: Mid Life Crisis 101 post. I link that post because I want to give my readers some useful context for what I write in these posts.
Warm greetings all! π π
I want to express just how amazingly wonderful I feel in my being, in my body, in my days, and in my life now. The 'feeling good' is almost overwhelming at times. It just keeps bubbling up from within me, more and more intensely, so I've amazingly and astoundingly been feeling better every day since I moved back to my beloved jungle community, GaiaYoga. I've been feeling stronger, healthier, more clear and focused, more alive, and my energy to do things is also increasing dramatically.
I've been working on the land a great deal, and in a very focused manner, since I got back, and honestly I'm loving it! I feel like I am exactly where I am supposed to be, and my life energy is blossoming. This shift that I experienced, and in truth am still experiencing, truly is massive, gigantic, huge...my whole focus, attitude, perspective, behavior, and the like is just...different now. It's like I just don't have the bandwidth to focus on what annoys, frustrates, makes me sad, or brings me down now. I don't really complain any longer. It's sort of like my attitude has been locked into perma-positive or perma-upbeat...π
I'm still Tydyn, but a far truer, more alive expression. I honestly feel like a different human. It may sound funny, but it feels like I'm 'youthening'.ππ It feels like my potency is increasing, as if I were amassing a massive quantity of vital energy in my body, or mana as the Hawaiians and Polynesians would call it. Something very significant is happening, that is for sure!
This morning up at the Flow House, my superfood fire coffee tasted extra delicious today, and my body was like, "give me more!", and I savored every drop of it! My Index4Index Daily Inspired Motivation: Be Bold with Your Dreams and Goals! flowed easefully and effortlessly, and the entire time I was sitting up there I was just overflowing with gratitude and, well, joy! Oh, and my several gecko friends hung out with me again, which I love!
I had made plans with Fiona to weed the fenced-in garden next to Kana's house at 11AM, but she texted me asking if we could start at 12 instead, because she had gotten a late start to her day. I told her that it was fine. I worked with Ano for about an hour instead, clearing more areas with my machete, and later, when he went to work with Brittany emptying one of the competing toilets, I went to clean the upper coco bar after the wild piggies practiced their chaos art on it again. I dumped a wheelbarrow full of chopped coconuts on one of numerous timber bamboos scattered around the property.
When I got done with that, cleaned up and cooled off, by spraying myself down with a hose. I had a short bit of time before I was supposed to meet Fiona down at the garden, so I used it to catch up on Hive.
I wandered down to the garden, and started working cutting back some Melochia (Melochia umbelata) tree branches that were casting too much shade on my two tulsi (Vana tulsi - Oncimum gratissimum and Krisha tulsi - Oncimum tenuiflorum) plants that I had planted before I left. I also cleared some cane grass and other plants that were encroaching on the garden.
Fiona arrived a short time after I started working, and we directed our attention to the giant weeding job further up the hill in the garden. I wanted to salvage some important plants there, namely two more Krishna tulsi and the Cuban cilantro/Culantro (Erigeron foetidum). The two tulsi were leggy and a bit sad, but they were OK. The Cuban cilantro was gone, sadly. That means I have to propagate that plant extensively and replant beds of it, as it is a very important plant, not only for cooking, but also medicinally. We weeded around another Krishna tulsi in another corner, and to my surprise discovered that some of the fast-spreading, white-fruited strawberries that I planted before leaving were still alive beneath all the weeds. Fiona and I shared some wonderfully interesting conversation while we worked, as well. It was a very satisfying time for both of us.
Since there was a group landance scheduled for 3PM, we finished up in the garden in time to give ourselves just over an hour to rest before we worked again. I took a shower at Tutu, then headed up to the Flow House to relax and catch up on Hive. About half an hour before we were scheduled to work, it began raining quite intensely, and continued past 3, so I finished up on Hive as I waited for the rain to abate a bit.
I headed to Tutu once the rain had mostly stopped, and met up with Ano, Fiona, and Brittney, to go remove dead nuts from one of the several coconut sprouting beds, in preparation to add more 'shaker' (older) coconuts, for them to sprout. Coconut sprouts are an important food source at GaiaYoga, so there are many such sprouting beds. We worked there until we got rained out with a torrential downpour.
Kana did a town run today, so I collected the items that I had asked him to pick up for me, along with a few other supplies from Tutu, and went to the Landing to cook myself some glorious food, since I was finally beginning to feel hungry, around 5PM. It's so curious that I don't eat much most of the day, and yet I have so much energy. I have my superfood fire coffee in the morning, and usually nothing else through most of the day, except for some fruits from the land, until I make myself one big meal in the late afternoon or early evening.
This evening I made myself chopped, sautΓ©ed chicken sausage, onions, sweet peppers, tomato, eggs, sea salt, and pepperjack cheese. When I was done cooking it, I took it up to the Flow House to enjoy it while looking out at the rain over the lava, wrapped up in my warm blanket, and sitting on the super comfy recliner chair that's there. It was a super lovely way to enjoy my evening. It stopped raining for a bit, and the clouds actually got some color in them (it's been raining heavily again as I type this).
Once I finished my incredibly delicious and satisfy meal, I began, yep, you guessed it, this post! So dear friends, that was my amazing, very satisfying day!
And with that lovely culmination, I think I'll end this post for now, as I've expressed pretty much everything which was clamouring to me said. I am in love with my life, and I want to share it with those who perhaps find it interesting or inspiring. I am feeling the need and desire to take more photos of the land, buildings, people, plants, Nature, and my various daily activities, to share in either these posts, or perhaps in another posting format. I'll let it percolate before I decide.
OK dear friends, I wish you all deep connection with your core divine vitality, purpose, and passion! Good night for now, and until maΓ±ana! π π β‘ π₯ π₯ π£ π±

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! πππ
