I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 6 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
I noticed over the past two days that my daily income of LOLZ from my layer-2 token delegations had dropped off substantially, so last night I decided to investigate why this might be. To my surprise, I discovered that most of the layer-2 tokens, for which LOLZ were previously paid for delegating, had apparently been delisted, with less than a handful remaining, BEE, LIST, SLOTHBUZZ, and WEED. That's quite a bugger, because this just removed about half of my daily LOLZ income, and it also rendered a few tokens basically useless.
It seems that most of the LOLZ bots were down for about a week, so curation rewards would not have been earned for the tokens associated with the malfunctioning bots, so that might be the reason why so many tokens were removed from the LOLZ Farming Reports. If that's the case, this will be a temporary issue, hopefully.
If this turns out to be a permanent change, then I have a lot of tokens to reallocate, mostly to diesel/liquidity pools. Some tokens, like CTP, seem not have a use at all any longer, sadly. I might have jumped the gun last night by removing my delegations for all the tokens that are no longer listed as paying out LOLZ, but we shall see. If the issue does end up being because so many LOLZ bots were down for a week, then I'll just redelegate as soon as I'm able. I might need to developed a bit more patience.
I've learned from my Hive investments in various domains over the past almost 4 years, that one, things are always changing, which makes periodic adjustments and reallocations necessary, and two, that because Hive projects, especially layer-2 projects, are run by our fellow Hivers in the community, things can be inconsistent at times, along with going awry, breaking, and malfunctioning sporadically, which makes patience a very useful trait to have indeed. Hive is a bit like the Wild West, and we're all just figuring it out as we go.
I've been involved with the LOLZ project pretty much my entire time on Hive, and while there have been sporadic downtimes, it's been a solid project, and one that has always rectified missed payouts, which is why I've been so loyal to it for so long. Regardless of whether this notable layer-2 delegation change is due to the bots being down, or it's more permanent, I'll simply continue adapting, adjusting, and flowing with what comes, as I always do.
Yesterday, Thursday, my birthday, after finishing up my Hive tasks, I took the day to myself, remaining most of the day up at the Flow House, which was partially motivated by it raining for much of the day. Because of the weather, I only got a handful of photos for my posts. I wasn't able to get through all my notifications last night, stopping by a little after 10:30PM, to do some asset management, and a scan of my X feed, before going to bed a little after 12AM. I woke up just after 7AM, having slept fairly well, doing more asset management, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 12PM, so it's a fantastic time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before preparing for a session that's scheduled for 1:30PM. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until tomorrow's expression of these posts! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
2025 Life Goals
1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
All photos were taken with my Motorola G Play 2024 Android Phone.
Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
