I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in a 16-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
On Hive (as in life) each day is a new opportunity to begin again. It doesn't matter if we missed our goals, didn't win a contest, didn't post every day, or if our posts aren't getting the votes we think that they should - we can simply begin again.
Each day on Hive is not a groundhog-day repetition, unless we ourselves make it so. As we pay attention and notice, our understanding grows, and we refine how we do things, even who we think we are here. We can use our daily opportunities to recreate ourselves and our habitual patterns, our attitude, and our focuses and goals. I know this is true because I am very different now than when I first arrived here. I changed and shifted a great deal as I grew here (both myself and my account).
That's another aspect of this Blockchain that is rarely mentioned, that it is a strong catalyst for growth. We grow as individuals just being here and interacting with our fellow Hivers. I know I have!
Even if we take a break from Hive for a time, whether because we choose it or due to circumstances, we can always return here to begin anew, easily. Hive's always waiting for us!
It was a sunny, warm, and breezy day here in the Lower Puna Jungle today, with my early morning to about 4PM again devoted to Hive catch-up, and a few small tasks. Most people were off-property today on a beach outing for Io(lanthe)'s 11th birthday.
When I finally finished my Hive catch-up, and left the Flow House around 4PM, the first thing that I did was to buzz my head and face again with my clippers. With that done, I divided and and up-potted a particular bamboo for Ano, Dendrocalamus sikkimensis, in his nursery.
After plant work, I mended a hole in the large jungle chicken pen that the wild pigs had made, and I got my machete and cleared a good chunk of cane grass along the second driveway. After machete work, I took a shower and was about to prepare some food, as I thought that my work for the day was done, until I got a call from Melekai. She called to let me know that there was a large trees down over our jungle road, and asking me if I could go clear it. I grabbed the electric chainsaw, my machete, and a pair of shorts, then headed down the road in the Subaru.
When I arrived at the downed trees, a fair number of our jungle neighbors were already there, slowly working on sawing through the trunk. Soon after I arrived, other neighbors arrived with a gas-powered chainsaw to help out. With multiple chainsaws going, we got through the trunk of the Cook Island Pine (Araucaria culumnaris) quite quickly, and we had the road cleared in no time!
Once road clearing was done, I took a shower, then I got some jackfruit curry soup that Shakira had made, and returned to the Flow House to do another round of Hive catch-up, and a few tasks, before beginning to write this post.
Up until today I had thought that because I stopped getting tagged in the Hive Engagement League posts that I had fallen out of the top ten over two weeks ago. I learned today from @treefrognada that @abh12345's last Hive Engagement League post was made 19 days ago...the last time I was tagged. We're hoping that he's OK, and is simply adjusting his algorithm to account for Threads before posting again.
It's now past 11:30PM, so it's time I take my leave to head to sleep. I deeply appreciate you all! Until tomorrow! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚
