I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! πππβ‘π₯π₯β΄οΈβ³οΈβοΈπ£π±β¨π€
Warm greetings all! πππβ¨π€
How has Hive changed you since you came to the Blockchain?
Hive is a very different animal from any other social network where I've had experience, and that difference to me is incredibly special. I can say without a doubt that I've changed in remarkable ways in my 2 years, 1 month, 1 week, and 4 days on this incredible Blockchain. Yes, Hive has deeply affected me, and I'm not the same individual that I was when I first arrived here.
How has Hive changed me exactly? Well, I have a deep love, passion, and belief in this glorious Blockchain Ecosystem, that I want to share with anyone with interest to listen! You could say that I've become a champion for Hive, because it's over-the-top amazing, and I want everyone to know about it!
I've become king of engagement, and one of the most active individuals on Hive. That's a big shift from when I first got here, and my first few months, when my engagement was quite mininal by comparison. My comment-moderation job for @aliveandthriving has definitely helped with that, too!
Consistency, commitment, and dedication to Hive. That's another important one. I've published 1-3 posts every single day since February 1, 2022, and I am here every day building, growing, and saving.
It's because of Hive, or specifically because of photo contests here, that I got into photography. I'm now quite passionate about taking photos every day, most of which I post on Hive. Everywhere I go, my eyes are open, looking for amazing shots. It's helpful that where I live in the jungle there is beauty everywhere!
It's because of Hive that I developed an actual interest and passion for finance, and not just the regular fake, slave-system kind of finance, but real, good-for-humanity, sovereignty-based, decentralized, elegant, and efficient finance! Hive takes the concept of money and finance to a whole new level, and I absolutely love it!
How has Hive changed you, my friends? What have you noticed about yourself since you joined this exceptional Blockchain? Has Hive had a beneficial and positive effect in your life? I'd love to know!
Thursday, yesterday, was the fourth day in a row that I've not been able to get fully caught up on Hive by the end of the day, no matter how much time and effort I've put into doing so. I think I just have to accept that, at least for now, I'm going to be 10-20ish hours behind most of the time. I'll keep doing my best, but this has been very consistent, so I'm not expecting a great change. Last night when I finally went to sleep close to 1AM, and after hours of focused work to catch up, I was still 13 hours behind...π€£ Utter craziness!
Ano's mother, Braja, finally completely moved out of WΓΌnderspot, where she'd been partially living, even after her new place was built quite some time ago. She takes changes very slowly, to say the least. In any case, I had to pause my afternoon round of essential Hive tasks and catch-up to go help her move several bins between buildings. I also later helped Ano move her bed frame between structures too. Aside from bin and bed moving, for land work I also dug a few more planting holes for young papaya plants, did a little papaya planting, and then I got my machete and collected a full wheelbarrow of Cecropia and Melochia for cow food for the next morning.
Once I finished with all work for the day, I took a shower, strained out kefir for my kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao blend, got food for myself and my kitten friend, then I returned to the Flow House for my long evening round of Hive catch-up and tasks, which took me clear until almost 1AM, and as I mentioned above, I still wasn't able to get it done! Thankfully I slept well, waking up around 7AM, and immediately beginning again on Hive, first to do some needed token management, and then to do another chunk of catching up on my voluminous notifications. Oh the life of a Hive devotee...π€£ I finally got out of bed just before 9AM, to go make my superfood fire coffee.
The time now approached 1:30PM, so I'll end this post, dive into my afternoon round of Hive essential tasks, and of course more catching up, before going to do land work in the later afternoon. I deeply appreciate you all so much! Until tomorrow! Onward and upward, joyfully together! π π π β¨ π€
All photos were taken with my Motorola G Power Android Phone.
Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! πππβ¨π€
