I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
Today it popped into my mind to hop over to CoinMarketCap.com to take a look at the market cap, volume, fiat value, and other such data on the assets of the open-source, decentralized, community-based, sovereignty-driven, web3, social blockchain ecosystems that I mention in these posts so often. This information is fascinating to me, and especially when it is compared between these blockchains.

Qortal/QORT

These numbers were taken late Sunday morning, and are, of course, constantly changing.
DeSo, the blockchain that I joined the most recently, just this week, is at the top of the list in terms of market cap, as well as the fiat value of its main asset, DESO. HOT, from Holochain, is just behind DESO in terms of market cap, but its fiat value is the lowest in the list, but with a notably higher trading volume.
Our own HIVE comes in third here, on par with STEEM, which I include only for comparison, as I would not call Steem a sovereignty-driven blockchain, regardless of how it is marketed. I am happy to see HIVE above STEEM in this list.
KOIN and PKOIN come in last, even though they are both pretty solid projects. As I've mentioned before, it was from PKOIN that I made in Bastyon that I used to do my massive powerful to dolphin 🐬 level on the December 1st #HPUD. It's interesting that the data I was seeking for QORT was not available, at least on CoinMarketCap. From my experience with the Qortal community and the devs there, I'd say it's because they simply don't care. They intend to build a framework that will completely replace the present version of the internet, so how their project is portrayed by mainstream sources is of no concern to them. I very much admire that.
One very interesting thing from this data is which blockchain assets have a limited maximum supply of assets, like DESO and PKOIN, and which have no maximum supply, such as HOT, our own HIVE, STEEM (HIVE's ancestor), KOIN (which was created by former Steemit/Steem devs after the takeover), and QORT. A limited maximum supply of assets is a very definite problem for future growth and adoption, especially for any project that plans to replace the present financial and interenet infrastructure. For exactly this reason, I am most interested in blockchains, like our beloved Hive, that do not have a limited maximum supply for their main assets. When we're talking about onboarding billions of people, which any sovereignty-driven blockchain project should have as a goal, this is essential in the long term.
Yesterday, Saturday, I left the Flow House just beforere 2:15PM, after finishing up my essential Hive tasks. I had already taken photos for this post, which allowed me to get right to land work, the first task of which was collecting a wheelbarrow full of gunpowder tree leaves for cow-milking food. After I had finished collecting cow food, I felt the need to work on something more inspiring for me, so I ended up transporting several wheelbarrows full of semi-decomposed mixed-wood mulch uphill (up the first driveway), to dump and spread on the small triangle of soil that I had just cleared and weeded earlier in the week, in preparation for planting. I definitely got a good all-body workout. It was more satisfying work, and it gives me something for which I can look forward, getting more of my plants in the ground.
After completing work, I took a shower, strained out kefir for my kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao blend, then I grabbed my leftover jar of superfood fire coffee from the Landing fridge, and headed back to the Flow House for my evening round of Hive tasks and catching up on my notifications. I got everything done a bit later than I would have liked, just before 11:15PM, and I stayed up for an hour more, spending some time on DeSo, Qortal, Bastyon, and X, before heading to bed. I did very thankfully sleep well until just before 4AM, when I found myself quite awake, so I did a round of token management, then I checked my notifications in DeSo and Bastyon, before going back to sleep until around 8AM, when I got up to go make my superfood fire coffee.
As I was writing this, Liza, a young woman who is now staying here, came up to the Flow House to ask me if I could help her move a few heavy and floppy futon mattresses from the laundry area to the Beduoin, to store, so I paused my writing to do that. We shared a nice conversation as we worked. After helping Liza, I returned to the Flow House to finish writing this post. It's just about 1:45PM now, so a very good time to end this post, so that I may get to my long, very Hive-focused Sunday. I have my 87th Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update to compile and write, along with my usual daily Hive tasks, and catching up fully on notifications. I also have to take a few more photos for tomorrow's version of this post, and strain out and blend kefir. I deeply appreciate you all very much! Until that post tonight, and the next iteration of this post tomorrow! Forward, onward, and upward, joyfully together! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
2024 Life Goals
1.) Heal my broken heart.
2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness, and do regular integral practices.
3.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.
4.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
5.) Continue my work with Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, Bastyon, and other sovereignty-driven technologies, as well as learn relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute.
6.) Get regular healing sessions with women flowing again.
All photos were taken with my Motorola G Power Android Phone.
Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
