I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
My account growth has been moving along at a fairly good pace, and I'm definitely noticing an increase in the rate of growth since I did my mega powerup at the start of December. I'll surpass 6,200 HP at some point this week, which I'll nudge closer in tomorrow's January 1st #HPUD, in which I'll be powering up just over 20 HIVE, and writing a post about it, of course. While the pace by which my HP grows has increased, it's not moving along quickly enough for me to be able to reach my goal of 10,000 HP by the end of the year, which means I'm going to have to find a way to boost it a bit. I know it's only the end of January, and I still have 11 months, but I'm very likely going to have to come up with some alternative means of reaching this goal.
I attained 69 reputation yesterday morning, which was a nice way to begin the day. Since my goal is to reach 70 reputation by the end of the year, 11 months seems like a reasonable time to accomplish that. I am noticing that as I go higher in reputation that it is growing more slowly, which is to be expected. If I recall, each level is 30% harder.
I'm now past 241 HBD in Savings, and my balance is growing pretty quickly. At that level my interest will be just over 4 HBD. Between the ever-increasing monthly interest, and the fact that any new HBD that I receive goes straight into Savings, the possibility of reaching my goal of 500 HBD in Savings by the end of the year exists, but I'm likely going to have to give it a bit of a boost, as well.
All three of my Hive yearly goals are going to quite a challenge indeed to reach, looking at them now at the end of January. I could have chosen less ambitious goals, true, but I'm often fairly good at pulling rabbits out of my hat, so we'll see. A lot can happen in the next 11 months.
I left the Flow House yesterday, Monday, just before 3PM, after wrapping up my afternoon essential Hive tasks. I had already taken photos for this post in the morning, so I went right into land work. I collected a wheelbarrow full of Melochia leaves for cow-milking food, as has been my daily task for a while now, though that's changing as of today. I removed myself from the task of collecting cow food, so today I'm training several of the newer people on how to do it, then I'm done with it, at least for a while. I need to be able to focus most of my land-work time on plant-and-garden work. After collecting cow food, I got three plants (a Tahitian bower flower, and two giant lilies) in the ground in the small triangle of soil at the juncture point between the first and the second driveway, that I had very recently cleared, weeded, and mulched. I'm looking forward to planting a few more there very soon.
After working, I took a shower, strained out kefir for my kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao blend, then I grabbed my leftover supefood fire coffee from the Landing fridge and headed back to the Flow House for to start on my evening round of Hive tasks and catching up on notifications. I attended the Monday community logistics meeting (for the first time in about a month), though I continued with my Hive catch-up as the meeting progressed, as I had a lot to do. The meeting ended around 8:30AM, and I returned to the Flow House to continue catching up on my Hive notifications. As I mentioned, I had a lot, so I wasn't able to finish until just before 12:15AM, which was a bit later than I was hoping or expecting. I did a quick round of token management, then I went to bed just after 12:30AM. I slept well, waking up around 6:30AM, starting with a round of token management, then a quick check of my Bastyon and DeSo notifications (which are both immensely fewer than what I receive on Hive), before getting out of bed to start my day.
I didn't feel like making my superfood fire coffee today, so I made egg torts with tomato and onion instead. It's just before 12:15PM, so it's a good time to end this post, so that I can get to my essential Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House in the later afternoon, to first finish taking photos for tomorrow's version of this post, training newbies on how to collect cow food, then some plant-and-garden work. I deeply appreciate you all very much! Until tomorrow! Forward, onward, and upward, joyfully together! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
