I recently started to go to the gym again just a couple of weeks ago, I have been training for a long time from home, but since doing calisthenics isn't enough for me, I think I should get better results by going to the gym.
My best time in the day for training is around 5pm, I usually work out in two muscular groups, so I spend like one and a half hours inside the gym.
Something I like from it is that it is near to my house, and I can go by walking.
I love that almost everything is near where a live, I like to go to places by just walking, so I only use the car for longer rides.
This is like a routine, I do this 3 times per week, and it could be 5 if I add the days I go for jogging. My routine isn't complete if i don't do some cardio. I alternate between jogging and jumping rope, the second is more entertaining in my opinion.
Not everyone is committed to training every day, but if you start a couple of day per week it will be enough to create a habit.

The streets are cleaner than before, it is more comfortable to walk around without having garbage in your way.
People are used to going for a walk early in the morning or late in the afternoon, when the sun goes down, probably because most of the people is still at their job or on their way home. That's why you don't see many people in the picture.
Walking is great, and doing it almost every day is even better! Not just on Wednesdays!
See ya
