Exploring areas of the city and large parks where people don't usually go can bring many benefits, such as relaxation, silence and admiring the details in a different way, more slowly.
A walk can begin like any other, along a path, a bridge, one that tells me to follow it to find wonderful things. A path in the sunshine that gives energy and vitality.
Along that path, there are often seats that allow us to rest in the shade of a tree and recover our energy to continue walking. This walk is very similar to the paths in life, the different paths we all travel.
On this walk, I found a higher path, like a next level, but to get there I had to keep walking... or learning, that's how you level up.
When I reached the end of that stretch, the sun illuminated everything and drew beautiful natural shadows on the ground between the trees. I think these are the best shadows in life.
This other path allowed me to see the things around me from another perspective, on another level, and when this happens, one can see the whole picture and realise many things, including why I had to walk so far to see things that way. I believe that this walk was not a coincidence but a causality.
Walking at this level, I could see the beauty of this plant with its red fruits, the colour in the midst of what seemed like monotony.
It also allowed me to have distant views of the city, of the whole, of the generality, where there are always tall buildings, but bridges to reach them.
Walking at this height, the treetops were closer; if there had been birds' nests there, I would have seen them and even touched them. Walking high up gives us different points of view.
From there, I looked up and everything was wonderful. When you get closer to the top, there is more oxygen, more beauty, and the shades of green are wonderful.
The path was drawn between shadows and light, just like life, and it also had a railing that gave me security, something that allows us to lean on if we feel insecure. This path was definitely not a coincidence; it was speaking to me. Have you ever heard nature speak to you? I have.
The views became more and more beautiful, because when you have more clarity, wonders appear.
I looked back and saw much beauty and wisdom in the path I had travelled.
I looked through the leaves and discovered the light between them.
I left that path and saw life, majesty, beauty and perfection in nature, even that created by man, because it is more powerful.
And walking, I discovered another path, a quiet and cool one, very pleasant, leaving everything before me behind.
A path that forked and where I had to make a decision about which one to choose.
I chose the loneliest one, the one that no one chooses, a new one, because in novelty there are wonderful surprises like these beautiful flowers.
One where there were more seats to rest and enjoy the scenery.
One where even pets had a space to play and have fun.
One where there were portals to discover, in the middle of a large wall covered with vegetation. I love new paths.

One where, if I got thirsty, I could drink water. Everything was ready.
One where even the birds have a place to drink water and cool off, and I can watch them and enjoy their reflections.
New paths, even if they are lonely, offer many advantages. They allow you to look around and stay there for a long time without anyone thinking you are stuck.
Walking slowly, enjoying every breath, breathing in peace and harmony.
Looking up at the sky for the wonders this planet gives us.
This walk allowed me to see the bright sun shining through the trees, the light that illuminates everything, the light that gives life to everything.
It was a beautiful, relaxing, serene walk, full of precious spaces like this one where you can sit and just contemplate, contemplate life.
Thank you for joining me on this Wednesday walk. I send you my warmest regards. See you soon.
