Cuando se trata de caminar siempre trato de estar cómodo, no solo con la vestimenta, también es muy importante analizar bien el entorno donde caminar, porque la caminata para mi no es solo una cuestión física, también lo es mental, por eso el lugar donde camino es realmente importante

When it comes to walking, I always try to be comfortable, not just with what I wear. It's also very important to carefully analyze the environment where I walk. For me, walking isn't just a physical issue, it's also a mental one. That's why the place where I walk is really important.

Me gusta caminar en un terreno donde sea saludable, me gusta desconectarme de toda realidad cuando camino, y que mejor lugar para hacerlo, si es en cercanía de la ¨naturaleza¨, es por eso que en esta ocasión escogimos caminar por esta hermosa reserva, donde solo lo que oyes es el ¨canto¨ de las aves, y el ¨sonido¨ del ¨viento¨

I like to walk in a terrain where it is healthy, I like to disconnect from all reality when I walk, and what better place to do it, if it is close to "nature", that is why on this occasion we chose to walk through this beautiful reserve, where only what you hear is the “song” of the birds, and the “sound” of the “wind”

La caminata es una de las mejores ejercitaciones, ya que no solo estas haciendo algo saludable para tu cuerpo, gran parte de esos beneficios es mantener una ¨mente¨ saludable libre de ¨preocupaciones¨ que te pueden llevar a ¨estresarte¨, esto último puede ser realmente contraproducente, porque tiene ¨efectos¨¨nocivos¨

Walking is one of the best exercises, since you are not only doing something healthy for your body, a large part of those benefits is maintaining a healthy "mind" free of "worries" that can lead to "stress." The latter can be actually counterproductive, because it has "harmful" effects.

Lo que realmente me gusta de este espacio, además de su gran superficie donde hay muchos senderos para escoger y caminar, es tener la posibilidad de pararte bajo un árbol y observar entre las ramas el ¨verde¨ ¨natural¨ de la ¨pradera¨, o los colores hermosos de una ¨flor¨¨silvestre¨, y que puedo fotografiarlo con mi ¨cámara¨ :  y luego enseñárselos a todos ustedes

What I really like about this space, besides its large surface area where there are many paths to choose from and walk, is having the opportunity to stand under a tree and observe the "natural" green of the "meadow" between the branches, or the beautiful colors of a "wild" flower, and that I can photograph it with my "camera":  and then show it to all of you
