Sunrise when the World was still in Order : WednesdayWalk

Don't worry, this is not going to be a post about Covid, but at first I have to apologize, because if you open this post you are going to see a lot of photos which are all almost identical.

This post is dedicated to the cool #WednesdayWalk Challenge hosted by @tattoodjay in the Wednesday Walk Community.

I have already posted a few photos of this early morning walk back in February this year, but these images have been waiting on my hard disk until today to finally be shown to the world 😉

I can't tell you how often I have opened all of these photos in Photoshop to edit them and to see whether I like the color or the monochrome version better.

Since there's not a lot to see in the photos and the original images look much too warm in my eyes for the cold that morning, I have reduced and edited the color saturation somewhat and then also converted them completely into black&white images.

I kind of like the color-reduced images at the bottom left best, but you decide for yourself, of course.

That day in February I woke up at 3am in the morning and after an about 3 hours drive I arrived in this beautiful old town at the northern coast of the Adriatic Sea, located between Venice and Trieste.

If it hadn't been that cold, I would have had a wonderful morning walk at the beach, but it was freezing cold. Only a few people have been awake so early in the morning and were walking or jogging at the beach, I didnt mind though.

As I already said in my other post from February, the beach hasn't been clean at all and there was a lot of waste and rubbish lying around.

On some places there was more mud than sand on the beach and I would have preferred to have rubber boots on my feet, but you may believe me, during the tourist season it is a beautiful sand beach, if you don't know what's under the sand, but I guess that's everywhere the same 😉
