It's been rather stressful lately and when the working day finally is over I don't have much energy left. It's easier though if I already have something booked to stay somewhat active. And yesterday I had a herbal course I'm attending on Tuesday evenings (online). Usually, I practice yoga straight after work, it's just a great way for me to still my mind and also to stretch my body. Yesterday, I didn't have any desire to do so though, and instead, I decided to go out for a walk. It was intersting because I usually don't do that at that time of the day unless I'm going somewhere if that makes sense π
This was around 4.30 pm and it was already getting dark outside (even though the difference is huge compared to 2 months ago). So my pictures might be a bit dark. But I still think you'll get the idea. I also played around with editing a bit π
Like last week the pictures are in the same order as I took them during my walk. This wasn't a long walk but it was nice to get out and don't feel like I was in any rush (everyone I observed during my walk was kind of in a rush, probably rushing from work to their next appointment/responsibility/activity).

This is about 10 minutes from where I live. I'm actually on a bridge but not a bridge over water, but a bridge over a park.

This is the bridge I was crossing.

After crossing the bridge I went down to the park.

This is one of many bridges in Stockholm. I used to live on the other side of that bridge. The other side is also part of the city center of Stockholm, in fact, it's a very hip area. I would say it's more 'neutral' where I live now and I like that better. I never found that 'hipness' to be relaxed at all. (For those of you who might be curious that area is called Hornstull).

More water.
I was also happy to hear a blackbird sing, I think it was the first time this year. Even though I live in the city center I hear birds in the mornings now and it's just such a great sign that spring is approaching π

I was happy to be able to see the moon. I know it wasn't full yesterday, that's today. But still. That's one of the things I really feel I'm missing out on here in the city center. I have an app that notifies me when the full moon is approaching but if it wasn't for that I wouldn't notice most of the time. Which I find a bit sad.

Here I have left the park and I'm on my way back home. I don't live in this building but this is a common, and still very popular, architectural style here in Scandinavia that's called funkis. A lot of these kinds of buildings were built in the 1930s-1950s. (The building I live in is from the 1920s so it was built before the funkis style).

Almost back home I passed by a small chapel. (I pass by here a lot but I haven't really paid much attention to this building before, maybe because there is also a rather big church close by). You can kind of see the moon here in this picture as well but I wasn't really able to capture it well with my phone.

All of the pictures were shot with my iPhone 12 mini. Usually, I'm happy with this camera but lately, I have felt that it might be time to buy a new camera (I mean to not only use my phone to take pictures). I just find it so convenient and the cameras I do have are so old so the phone usually does a better job.

Love and blessings to you all π
