The first rays of the morning sun illuminated the main bus station of this sleeping giant. These sun rays were a bit shy, I must admit, as the sky was covered with clouds; the sun only rarely peeked out, and a heavy afternoon shower sealed the day. Everything was uncertain and contrasting, just like this walk of mine. It started from there, from that station where someone dropped me off.
From there, I took one of the main avenues as I wanted to go with the safe path, although the navigation suggested a different one. Anyway, I arrived at this roundabout and realised that I had to turn left earlier. No worries, I already knew this part very well. I passed here countless times by car, but when you are a walker, you try to find shortcuts where cars can't pass.
For example, you can walk through a small park and get a surprise. I could not say that it was an especially great surprise, just a regular, normal surprise. ๐
What were these strange-looking objects doing in a park?

Luckily, there were some information panels, like an outdoor exhibition, but these objects were not pieces of art. They didn't have any artistic value; as I understood, those were just parts of machines and tools, pipes, valves and water meters used in irrigation networks, water supply and sewerage of this area. I still don't see the point here.
In my opinion, it doesn't have a particularly educational character. Maybe the idea was to reuse old objects and give them a new life, although only as an exhibition in a park. Whoever designed this small park will know whether these pipes and valves add value or not. ๐คทโโ

Anyway, I was not there to spend a lot of time seeing these pipes. I needed to get to the Rincon de Loix neighbourhood where I had my car parked and continue my day, which involved another walk to a cross you saw yesterday, a visit to the hairdresser (I cut my hair a bit), and an afternoon full of lessons until late in the evening.
From this park, I took another avenue, and then I listened to the navigation and took a shortcut to reach my destination "quicker". On the map, I didn't see that it would be a different world. At first glance, it didn't seem strange at allโwell, not very strange, even though I was entering a green world, with fields of grass and wildflowers. This is Benidorm? Are you sure? Where are the tall buildings and the wide streets, cars and all the people?
Yes, I was sure. There in the background, the well-known buildings emerged from the grass and cacti that grow in freedom.
The path got worse and narrower. At every moment, I could end up in someone's backyard or pass through a portal and cross worlds.
Miles de besos a la ___ (thousands of kisses to the ___ ) I couldn't read the last word written on the asphalt; replace the unknown word at your choice.
In this odd walk, I even passed by the ruins of a house that gave home to someone many years ago. Strange how the price of every square meter of this area is so high, and then you find yourself in a part of the city with some ruins and surrounded by wildflowers. I hope these fields will not be covered by new buildings in a few years.
Contrasts - skyscrapers, meadow, old houses and mountains.
Soon, I would reach the quiet neighbourhood where I had left my car the day before to pick it up and continue my day and activities.
Surprise - in no time, I was back to civilisation and my vehicle. :))
Was it crying as I left it alone for a night? Just tears of joy, I guess. ๐
