Again, in honor of the #wednesdaywalk initiated by @tattoodjay :), we will walk to two famous places in Turkey at once. I found a heavenly beach near Cesme, where I have been living for almost a month. We also visited the ancient village of Alachaty. I will write more about each place later. But today, fresh emotions are where I am now on my #TheLongestTrip.
We have taken our next rental car for a few days and are actively exploring the beaches around. We were driving along a quiet country road towards the sea and suddenly we saw incredibly beautiful white rocks. Below we saw a small sandy beach, which was almost deserted. The active tourist season ended and we could enjoy the beauty of the sea almost alone. This beach is called Cleopatra beach.
Do you know that feeling when you are enjoying the last sun before winter? You catch the last opportunity to swim in the warm sea... These feelings are always more acute than in summer, when there are still many hot days ahead...
The sand sparkles like diamonds in the setting sun. The Aegean Sea is constantly windy and creates beautiful pictures of waves among the stones. The evening sky is painted in crimson colors. Tomorrow it will be windy again!
At 6 p.m., we went to visit the famous ancient village of Alacati. There was little time left, it was getting dark. We quickly walked through the colorful streets, which were very beautiful due to the windows and doors in pink and turquoise colors. We saw many mirrors outside on the walls near the cafe. And it was fun to take photos in mirrors :)
Later, the girls went to a cafe to eat ice cream, and I went on a night walk in Alachata. And this unique place is so fascinating that I decided to visit it again tomorrow!
This post is written about where I am now. But I'll be back to telling my travel story, sequentially describing all the places I changed in my #TheLongestTrip
