Since we moved to the new town, I am excited about many things but mostly because we are so close to the sea and I walk with my dog by the sea every day. Pure bliss! But change inevitably (I guess) comes with some level of stress. Well, these last months my level of stress went a bit further than I would like, but this is life and you can't predict things, you can only do your best and trust the process.
This morning, after a meeting, I felt absolutely drained, and @fotostef proposed a walk just 10 minutes driving from our place. The beach where I kind of grew up, since I have spent here a big part of my childhood.
I found it cute that the first thing that I saw was this ruined boat although I am not such a wreck :) @fotostef was talking pictures of the beach as when we arrived the light was perfect. On my side, I focused on the wreck for a while :)
I knew what I wanted, a bench, the sound of the sea and some nice view.
Not any bench, but this particular one! This is the goal, but to get to the goal you need to walk the path.
Literally! This is the path that goes from Karathona beach to a small little chapel with a nice bench :)
These days are summery, the temperature is high, there is no wind, perfect for swimming, perfect for anything.

@fotostef was doing his stuff...
and I was breathing in all this beauty.
Markos was doing his thing as well, so everyone is happy.
You know what is a great mood booster as well? Plants! Blue, green and yellow.

While the above photo is typical greek summer, the one below is more wintery. We expect some snow during the weekend, so these mountains may be white in a while!
Let's go back to summer mood. Look at the color of the water and the amount of fishes.
This is the end of our walk for today. Can you spot a happy dog executing perfectly the recall command :)
They say that you are the only view your dog wants. And I appreciate it that he is back to this beautiful scenery and his eyes are locked to me... and some treats that I always have with me :)

Time to go back, fully recharged. And now that the day has fulfilled its circle and I am writing this post, I have to say that it was a beautiful day.
Wait a minute! Did I really "husky" my little fellow? One blue eye and one brown? He is cute anyways!
This is my #wednesdaywalk contribution for the wonderful challenge by @tattoodjay :)
If you would like to know more about me this is my introduction post.
