This is my first contribution to the community Wednesday walk sent you a great health. I send you greetings and I hope you are having a merry Christmas with your loved ones, in this publication I will tell you my whole day receiving a course that for many is very important to be known in the internet world, either because you want to promote a place, a product, a song, take accounts on social networks to another level and this course was to learn how to manage the account of the church to which I am congregating.
Este es mi primer aporte a la comunidad de Wednesday Walk les mandó un gran saludo!. Les mando un saludo y espero estén pasando una feliz navidad con sus seres queridos, en esta publicación les contaré mi día entero recibiendo un curso que para mucho es muy importante para darse a conocer en el mundo del internet, ya sea porque quieras promocionar un locar, un producto, una canción, llevar cuentas en las redes sociales a otro nivel y esté curso era para aprender cómo llevar la cuenta de la iglesia a la que me estoy congregando.
The course as such was called the digital church, the duration of this was all day from 8am to 5pm for that reason we had to stop early to be at the stop and we passed looking for us to arrive early to the mother church that would be the nucleus as such, my girlfriend and I congregated in one of its many daughter churches here in the area where we live.
El curso como tal llevaba como nombre la iglesia digital, la duración de este era todo el día desde las 8am hasta las 5pm por esa razón teniamos que pararnos tempranos para estar en la parada y nos pasaran buscando para llegar temprano a la iglesia madre que seria la de nucleo como tal, mi novia y yo nos congregamos en una de sus muchas iglesia hijas acá en la zona donde habitamos.
We had to go prepared, with water and lunch, although in the mother church they treated us very well, they gave us refreshments and lots of coffee to be awake and active to capture all the information they were giving us about the digital church. Our church was represented by Kevin who is the pastor's son and a very good friend, my girlfriend Iriannys @Iegg and myself, we arrived on time and felt comfortable.
Teniamos que ir preparados, con agua y almuerzo aunque en la iglesia madre nos trataron super bien, nos dieron refrigerios y mucho café para estar despiertos y activos para captar toda la información que nos estaban dando referente a la iglesia digital. Nuestra iglesia estaba representada por Kevin que es el hijo del pastor y un muy buen amigo, mi novia Iriannys @Iegg y mi persona, llegamos bastante a tiempo y nos sentiamos comódos.
It was getting quite cold, one of the things I love about Caracas apart from its tall buildings, things we don't usually see in La Guaira, so we went inside and they gave us a notebook and pen to write down everything, now I will explain in stages how they were giving us the information and the important things I was able to write down.
Estaba haciendo bastante frío, una de las cosas que me encantan de Caracas aparte de sus edificios bastante altos, cosas que no solemos ver en La Guaira, dicho esto entramos y nos dan una libreta y boligrafo para anotar totalmente todo, ahora si les explicaré por etapa como nos estaban dando la información y las cosas importante que yo pude anotar.

Obviamente siempre tener la disposición, obedecer a Dios por el llamado en esta zona, puedo decir que tengo conocimiento sobre la fotografía pero yo digo que mi fuerte es la música aunque como les estoy comentando, si Dios quiere que sirva por ahora en esta area que es el manejo de redes y aundivisuales, lo haré y obedeceré.
The digital church's coating was quite extensive, that's why I tell you that it took all day to see the course. We watched this course on Friday the 10th of this month of December. At the beginning they gave us motivation, we prayed and they explained to us how the course was going to be during the course of the day.
En la capaticacion de la iglesia digital fue bastante extensa por eso les digo que fue todo el día entero para ver el curso. Este curso lo vimos un viernes 10 de este mes de diciembre. Al principio nos dieron motivación, oramos y nos explicaron cómo iba a ser el curso en el transcurso del día.
The vision of the mother church which is Centro de Esperanza is quite broad so they began with the first presentation on the digital church, they told us that doing new things is not easy but wanted to make it clear that we are instruments for others to see the word of God, in that process that was going to be a little slow process because the ideas in the accounts that we will handle are a little complicated, they told us not to fall into fruition.
La visión de la iglesia madre que es Centro de Esperanza es bastante amplia por lo cual empezaron con la primera ponencia sobre la iglesia digital, nos decian que hacer cosas nuevas no son faciles pero quería dejarnos claros que somos instrumentos para que otros puedan ver la palabra de Dios, en ese proceso que iba ser un preceso un poco lento porque plasmar las ideas en las cuentas que vamos a manejar son un poco complicadas, nos decían que no cayeramos en frutación.

Debemos trabajar con los equipos que tengamos y así poder empezar con el proceso de llevar las cuentas de las iglesia que cada represante estaba, alrededor de cien personas estaban viendo el curso. Debemos trabajar en equipo, todos debemos tener la vision de la iglesia madre que es parecernos todas como franquicias, todas deben estar sincronía en todo, en cuanto a logo, colores, publicaciones.
As for the analogical church, the face-to-face church, in pandemic the mother church was very affected in terms of attendance of believers which saw that the only way to carry the word and the message of God was through the networks, either by instagram, facebook, youtube, then they had to train leaders to fulfill this function, it was a challenge for them.
En cuanto a la iglesia analogica, la presencial, en pandemia la iglesia madre se vió muy afectada en cuanto a la asistencia de los creyentes lo cual vieron que la unica forma de llevar la palabra y el mensaje de Dios era por las redes, ya sea por instagram, facebook, youtube, entonces tuvieron que capacitar a los lideres para que cumplieran esta función, era todo un reto pero si se podía.
The digital church is an extension of the analog church, without the analog church the digital church cannot function, therefore it is necessary to have certain equipment if they were at hand for audiovisual media such as production, social networks, web, sound, lighting, so it is important to do the job well at all times.

Es importante no tener alguna competencia entre las iglesias, en cuanto a cual cuenta se ve más bonita que otra o cual monta más publicaciones, NO. Algo importante que nos dicen es que las expectativas no son malas pero tenemos caer en las realidades.
Where expectations begin to be generated, in our mind, of course it is good to know the opinions and advice that leaders in other areas can give us, it is important to consult everything even with pastors. In this expectation we usually want to be present in everything, doing everything and the reality is that we must first define objectives in line with the personality of the brand to achieve the vision that arises.
Dónde comienza a generarse las expectativas?, en nuestra mente, por supuesto es bueno conocer las opiniones y consejos que nos pueden dar los lideres de otras areas, importante consultar todo hasta con los pastores. En esta expectativa solemos querer estar presente en todo, haciendo de todo y la realidad es que primero debemos definir objetivos acordes a la personalidad de la marca que permitan alcanzar la vision que se plantea.

The third expectation that I had written down but could not take a picture of was that of having a great idea but the reality is that not all ideas are good. We have to remember that we are a communication channel, so we have to execute with a lot of planning, set small goals at the beginning and then raise them.
La tercera expectativa que yo habia anotado pero que no pude tomarle foto fue que la de tener una idea buenisima pero la realidad es que no todas las ideas son buenas. Hay que recordar que somos un canal de comunicación lo cual hay que ejecutar con bastante planificación, ponernos metas pequeñas al principio y luego subirlas.

La cuarta expectativa es importante ser sincero y hablarlo con los lideres en cuanto al tiempo para la que se le puede dar la iglesia en las redes. El tiempo es importante a la hora de hacer el trabajo y por supuesto darse días libres, tal cual como si fuese un trabajo en algun local.

Todo esto que les estoy comentando se los estoy resumiendo moderadamente para que pueda ser entendible y directo. En la sexta expectativa basicamente nos dicen que debemos tener identidad propia como iglesia sin perder la visión que quiere la iglesia madre, porque en cada iglesia, hay pastores diferentes, lideres diferentes, escenarios distintos e iluminaciones y audio totalmente distintos, por eso es importante crear contenido propio conociendo nuestras fortalezas, entender a nuestros pastores.

For this reason it is necessary to prepare oneself in this type of courses in order to exploit it in the best possible way in the future. We must kill the limitations, die to individualism and start working as a team, of course there are no immediate results but they will come.
Como todos sabemos estamos en una era digital donde todo pasa rápido, millones de contenido se sube a la web al mismo tiempo por eso importante saber manejar esta herramienta tan significativa hoy en día para el ser humano, basicamente ampliando el rango de llegada de las iglesias y para que más personas puedan escuchar la palabra. Por ello hay que prepararse en este tipo de cursos para luego explotarlo de la mejor manera posible en el futuro. Hay que matar las limitaciones, morir al individualismo y empezar a trabajar en equipo, por supuesto que no hay resultados inmediatos pero llegarán.

Después de estar toda la mañana recibiendo muchisima información, nos dieron el tiempo de descanso al medio día, llevamos unos panes bien resueltos que pudimos comer tranquilos y hablar un poco entre los tres las ideas que nos estaban llegando para aplicarlas en la cuenta de la iglesa , basicamente intercambiando ideas. Nos decían que la calidad del audio puede ser más importante que la calidad de imagen a la hora de querer mostrar un video. No se debe confundir el trabajo sino que es un servicio para Dios.
After we had a good meal, we returned to our seats to continue with the next theme, this time we were put to do a dynamic creating several groups, which each group would have to have its respective captain. Each group was assigned a plan for a special event during the year and the idea was that we had originality when designing those events.
Después de que comimos rico, regresamos a nuestros asientos para seguir con el siguente tema, en esta ocasión nos pusierón hacer una dinámica creando varios grupos, lo cual cada grupo tendría que tener su respectivo capitán. A cada grupo le asignarón una planificación de un evento especial durante el año y la idea era que tuvieramos originalidad a la hora de diseñar esos eventos.

Nos decían que debemos utilizar colores pantones para el logo o en la cuenta en sí. Tenemos que estar al pendiente de como se visten los lideres o pastores para adaptarnos a los colores que se puedan manejar en el pulpito o en las ediciones de las fotos, es importante hacer aunque sea una reunión por semana para las ideas y distribuir tareas, siempre tener comunicación.
The course ended in a pleasant way at around 5pm and it was to be expected that we were super tired from being there all day, although we learned a lot and left with enough ideas to apply them on the networks.
Culminó el curso de manera agradable a eso de las 5pm y era de esperar que estabamos super cansandos por estar todo el día allí aunque aprendimos muchisimo y nos fuimos con bastante ideas para aplicarlas en las redes.

The truth is that it was a great blessing to go to that course to learn how to manage the account of our church. We are afraid, but as we were told in the course, we have to do it to fulfill God's call.
Aproveché y tomé algunas fotos bonitas desde el carro, no nos bajamos porque estabamos en plena cola, también teniamos hambre y queriamos llegar lo antes posible para cenar y descansar. La verdad que fue de gran bendición ir a ese curso para aprender cómo manejar la cuenta de nuestra iglesia. Tenemos miedo pero como nos dijeron en el curso hay que hacerlo para cumplicar el llamado de Dios.
