Me trying to push myself after another month of drawing break. I joined the #KofiDTIYS in its version of the Do This In Your Style Challenge. Original artwork is created by byannabelle.designs in collaboration with Ko-fi.
I screen recorded my process but I forgot to save it. I did it for hours even though it doesn't seem like it. As you can see, there are inconsistencies especially the eyebrows (!!) and the ever difficult hair strands and fingers. Overall tho, I liked the colors. Originally, I decided to color pick and copy trace but to challenge myself a bit more, I did everything by myself.
The Challenge
I have been seeing the Sailor Moon DTIYS challenge before, and I think it's interesting to see a lot of styles drawing a certain piece. I previously considered trying drawing Sailor Moon, but my dwindling will to even do anything creative prevented me not to.
I recently find myself on the brighter side as I continue to overcome the challenges inside me. Yes, I'm picking up that pen again, and I'm going to conquer the world.
