Hi everyone sharing with you practice gesture drawings while my brother and friends worked out. The idea of gesture drawings is to grasp the overall shape and movement of the person/object. They are done very quick with the aim of being dynamic not static.
This is one of someone sitting for some rest after they have done exercise.
Another similar one but this time two people.
This drawing the person is holding a weight in front of them and squatting with it.
This drawing exercise is called moving action. You draw the person while they are moving. These drawings show someone skipping rope and in the bottom right it shows someone lifting weights both in their extended and relaxed state.
Thanks for checking out my post!
