So the other day I finally got around to joining the @nftshowroom community! Something I have been pretty keen to do for a while. I have only put one piece up so far because I have been busy giving my website some renovations. Once that is done and I am happy with it all, which should be in the next couple of days then I will get back to the creative stuff. If you are interested, you can find my NFT here
Before I say anything about the piece, I just wanted to say thanks to @nftshowroom for being so welcoming on Twitter and Instagram, it was really great. So my artwork, well it is a combination of illustration by hand and digital work. I had a lot of enjoyment doing it. I am sure my work will improve as I go along and make more artwork. Let me now what you think about this one.
This one is called AURA - The Journey.
Aura, by definition is a colored emanation which encloses the body of a human, animal or even object - an energetic field which depicts the true version of our being and much like the rings visible on the trunk of a cut tree - there is a story, a reflection of the facets of our journey.
I see that the NFT Showroom is celebrating their birthday with an art share event. The tag is #mintyourartout. I thought it was a really nice way to celebrate and I am going to try and do something specifically for this event. You can read more about it here
In the meantime, I need to get back to my website and also to finish another piece I started a few days ago. It is a bit of an experiment and I am not sure where it is going to go, but I guess time will tell quickly enough.
